The pizzas are really great, thin crusty dough and fresh toppings. The "Maiella" is a must. Fresh scampi fritti or the tagliatelle carbonara are great too. Ask for a spoonful of Amaretto on the Panacotta and your desert just becomes terrific. They are all very friendly and the prices very acceptable. Don't miss this one. (You can call and take... More

I love this restaurant. The food is typical pizza / pasta fare with good value Italian wines. The owners are friendly and welcoming. It can be quite crowded at lunchtime and there is not much space between tables. So don't choose it for a romantic tete a tete. For all other occasions, it's fine.

Tables are very close to each other, but we had dinner, so the place was not full. The food was very good and the staff very friendly. Fast and professional service.

This restaurant is one block from the Courtyard in a quiet suburb. Very good casual Italian, service in French, English or Italian. Food was served promptly but you can linger Euro style if desired. We went back several times when staying in the area - the combination of quality, service and location was hard to beat.

We came upon La Maiella during a walk and decided to try it for Saturday lunch. We were seated immediately, and the owner, when learning we didn't speak much French sent over a gentleman who did. The setting was pleasant, warm and cozy, yet bright with windows lookng out to the street. The food was very good and served quickly... More

Our first visit was for lunch and the restaurant was very busy, all local people because it is not situated in the main tourist area. The next week we went back for dinner and ate outside. The owner spent some time talking with us which was fun, especially when my husband ordered osso buco which he said was the best... More

At a first glance the Pizzas looked small. But usually your eyes are bigger than your stomach. It was more than enough. Thin and airy pastry. Lots of cheese. I took the more expensive house wine. It was good.

I loved this place. We were staying at the Courtyard in Neilly. We went there a couple times. The Gamba was delicious. My three year old loved her pasta.

Stayed at the Courtyard Marriott just outside the 16th arrondissement and stumbled on this great little Italian place. Waiters were friendly and efficient (and at least one spoke pretty good English). The kids loved their pizza and pasta and I had a wonderful seafood risotto special. It's about a 6 minute walk from the Anatole France subway stop.
