This is a great experience in Pedra Alta. I took my family there in the afternoon. We waited for about one hour for a table of four. I've heard that it's better not to order much but we were so hungry and we thought maybe it was not enough for us, so we order one seafood plate and another something... More

This place was suggested by a French colleague who took myself and another colleague. It was a bit of a trek on the Metro from our hotel, but it was worth it. You can't book a table, but apparently you can leave your number with the restaurant if you arrive and it's full, and they will call when there's a... More

If you like fish, you will love this place. Super food. Lovely friendly staff. And reasonably priced. The only negative is that it can't be booked. You arrive (early) and queue. Otherwise you may have to wait a couple of hours.

First, you must be patient or have a friend queue up first before you expect to be seated. Secondly, don't expect great service (the waiter told me I was blocking his way when he banged an empty platter on my head) or to drink/eat right away. My friends ordered drinks first (they are Parisian born Portuguese who speak both languages... More

If you stay far far away from center of Paris (Boulogne Billancourt, M9, direction Pont de Sevres) but you would like to have a great food experience, I invite you to try Pedra Alta. You cannot book in advance (probably allowed for big comitives but I don't know) but the queue isn't so long (I wait 45min, from 8PM, I... More

A friend had recommended this restaurant to us. The seafood was simply delicious and the price is very reasonable. The portion is big. We ordered a seafood platter with lobsters prawns crabs and assorted shellfish which came with rice. Although it is an hour away from Paris by train, it is a very good reason to ask a local for... The food was just amazing! The portions are quite large, even half portions are well above average. Some of us had meat (extremely tasteful), others had cod (Portuguese style, salted). Most people go there for shellfish and seafood, but I was starving for some proper meat... And I was amazed how tasteful it was. This was one of the best... More
