Be very careful here. We were drawn to the restaurant by a recommendation from the neighborhood and a posted menu that offered demi homard avec mayonaise @ 26 euro. In itself, that's an excessive price for half a lobster, even in France, but that was what one of us wanted. The Tripadvisor decal on the door convinced me that it... More

I have not stayed at the hotel, but I have used the restaurant on two separate occasions ( consecutive lunchtimes Wed 28th May and Thurs 29th May 2014 ). My first visit was a great success and as a result I advised my friends of the great experience I had enjoyed and encouraged them to visit the place. My second... More

We arrived about 7.30 to find it very busy but we were lucky to get a table. It is primarily a fish restaurant with live lobsters and crab in a tank. I do not like that. We all had the 3 course meal for 17€ And it was enjoyable. Our fish loving friend enjoyed his 6 oysters as a starter... More

We each chose a live lobster from the restaurant window. Maybe the chef had gone home and there was a last minute fill-in? A beautiful, live lobster deserved a simple grilling: what could be more straightfoward? Unfortunately the result for each of us was dry, over-grilled and disappointing. Does this restaurant rely on a captive market of ferry passengers choosing... More

You would expect excellent fresh fish in a port like this and in this restaurant you get it! Quite small inside and very popular, even with locals, and a little cramped and crowded. But good atmosphere and excellent menu compensates.

Not ours -but the restaurant owner's family. The restaurant manager was nervous to provide service and we felt that we did not receive the whole of his attention. the atmosphere was almost rude enough to be similar to an Italin experience - where you can often expect such treatment. Having said that - the food was excellent and well presented. For... More

Spent a night in the hotel on the way back to Plymouth and the natural thing was to eat at the restaurant. We were not disappointed and would go every time when passing as the food and the service were of a first class. They do know how to cook and serve fish, crabs and mussels. If compared to Cornwall... Too expensive for what it offers. The set menu sounded good but the main course did not stand up to the same one we had there last year.

Arrived Roscoff at 1900hrs on a Sunady, was recommended this restaurant by the reception at hotel. The menu is particularly cheap but we went for mussels and chips at 10 e or there abouts each. Very nice too! The waitress could not speak English so the 'patron' came order and translated the menu, a bit miserable but very Gallic in... More

I have seen some negative reviews of this restaurant that I cannot understand. Having been here on several occasions tables always filled very quickly when the doors open both for lunch and dinner and in such a small town with so many restaurants this seems like a good recommendation. Loved the food, especially great, fresh shellfish. Always found the service... More
