Good quality food.

Good food, especially fish, kids really liked it. Efficient service with a touch of Gallic aloofness. Having said that, the French passport control guy was really friendly later in the day while the English guy on the other side was one of the rudest individuals I have ever met! That includes US... read more

A couple of days ago we visited Auberge du Quai in Roscoff for lunch before catching the ferry back to England. We have done this many times before and never been disappointed. This is not a great restaurant but it provides a variety of regional dishes as well as some classic French ones at a reasonable price. The service is... More

We have used this restaurant many times over the past 20 or more years and have always found it to be consistantly good. The decor has improved considerably over that time. Very varied menu.

Ate here with wife and daughter and we were all very pleased.. Not just with the food but also the very friendly staff. My wife seafood salad was off the scale dont think ive ever seen so much seafood in one place. And the burger that i ate was also cooked exactly how i asked. Our daughter was very happy... More

We had been here a few times on previous visits to Roscoff but only to sit outside for a drink. On this occasion we had a look at the menu and decided to give it a whirl, it turned out to be one of the nicest meals we had all week. I had the chicken breast and my husband had... More

I asked the waiter for food, he said only drinks. Whilst waiting noticed the restaurant across the road was serving food! Thanks for telling us! I asked the waiter for wifi code, not been working for ages he said. Drinks expensive, lousy coffee. But who cares another ferry load coming later! Don't go. Don't give these unhelpful, unfriendly, money grabbing... More

Ate here a few years ago. It is very pleasant to sit outside. It took a while for us to place our order but then service improved. I had a good omelette, my husband had a cheese burger, Nice local cider to wash it down

Although visiting Roscoff 4 or 5 times a year, this is the first time my wife and I have been to this Restaurant. We had booked a table, but turned up early, they took about 5 minutes to sort everything out and get us to a table. The Staff were very helpful and genial, and made it very easy to relax.... More

Our last French hoorah, for this year, anyway. We hadn't booked, but staff were happy to accommodate us on a beautiful afternoon. Service was efficient, and the menu varied. All our food was excellent - what impressed me most was the children's menu - a choice of fish and chips, burger and chips and nuggets and chips - one went... More

We've eaten at the Auberge more than 20 times having adopted Roscoff as our favourite refuge about five years ago. For a reviewer to complain, as one has, of waiting staff being 'hostile' is astonishing. We have never found them anything but welcoming, friendly, efficient and cheerful. Yes, you do have to order all three courses at once, but this... More
