Lovely crepes

Can't complain about the crepes, they were lovely. The lady serving was a bit brisk, yet her husband was quite smiley.

We found Crepodet when we last visited Benodet and were keen to go again this year. Only small and no outside seating and a little off the beaten track, this family run business serves up some great pancakes with a variety of fillings which can be washed down with a nice jug of local cider.

We have just returned from a week in Brittany, and came across this lovely little creperie by accident. It's situated up a side street near the church on the front and only has about six or seven tables, so we were fortunate to find one empty. The crepes are cooked in front of you by the proprietor and are absolutely... More

OK, the crêpes are (very) good. But we ate them in silence, stunned by how we had been "welcomed": upon entering the tiny place, we asked whether there was a place to change our 2-year old daughter, the owners -a couple- answered with a smirk that "this was not in store" (we are French, so language was not an issue).... Small creparie so may need to wait for a table. Food cooked in room by proprietor and is excellent accompanied by the local cider.

Friendly welcome, reasonable value, nice crepes, spotlessly clean and all cooked in front of you. Wide rannge of savoury and sweet toppings (any crepe that is described as XXL and includes egg and bacon can't be far off the mark)

These were by far the best crepes we had on holiday. Texture flavour etc were all perfect. Would happily score 5/5 but deducted a point as I feel the service was on the surly uncaring side. Given that there are only 6 tables in the whole place you would think that the owners would work harder to make the place... More

Nothing wrong but absolutely not standout. A quick and efficient lunch, nice crapes and soup served by average staff. better places to hunt out in Benodet - seems to have the air of trading off an historic reputation!!
