Ranked #2 of 2 restaurants in Barrigada
Description: 671 472-0471; located in Day's Inn South. Open only since last year. Please stop referring to Guam as "Mariana Islands"; Guam is a separate U.S. territory south of the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas and has "enjoyed" this status since 1899. After 110 years, it would be nice if people got this information right.

The chef has to be from Louisiana, the seasoning of the food was like my grandmother. And the service was wonderful. There was only two waitresses, but they were awesome... More

Cajun Delite is a relatively new restaurant on Guam, and it is slightly more expensive than average, although not as pricey as the top-end restaurants in the resort area. However, it is already building a following among the university faculty, the military community, and native Chamorros and Asian tourists who want the "real deal" in American regional cooking. That's what... More
