I tried to book a table here on a Friday morning for that evening and the lady had an slightly amused look on her face when she told me they were full. The reason is that there are not many places within 20 miles of here that serve quite such good food and they don't have that many tables. The... More

A pretty French building with mauve shutters. We enjoyed evening dinner outside on the pavement/terrace area. Excellent wines at reasonable prices and very delicious, well presented food which was of excellent quality. Friendly and efficient service. If we had more time, we would definitely have returned and highly recommend this restaurant.

We had a wonderful meal. The starter was delicious and the meat of the main course was cooked to perfection. So yummy!

I won't find the words to express everything that I love about this place but ultimately it is the food which sings such a strong song that nothing is left to be said. Simple, sublime, light, playful, fun, exquisite. This is a chef who knows his food inside out and then some. From start to finish there is something interesting... More

We had dinner here on a Friday evening in early-May, 2012, during a vacation visit to the area. Judged by the outside appearance of the restaurant, we had good but not top expectations for this restaurant. Inside, we found a refreshing, clean, modern but comfortable atmosphere and a three-course meal to match. While the menu was not wide-ranging, both my... More

Typical little bistro in a small town. Unfortunately it was a Monday evening and there was only one other table of 6 in the restaurant with us. The food was excellent and service the same. A local wine recommended by the waitress was not expensive and delish. The dessert was an unusual maccaron (almond flavoured) with fresh stawberries and whipped... More
