Love this place, the food and service is a fabulous. The vongole insalata is incredible. Fresh and alive with flavours. Next visit we had ravioli with truffles and was incredible and not too large. We are going back tonight as we fear other places won't be as diverse and fabulous.

Service is sooooo slooooow...but the food is really excellent. We stopped in randomly while checking out Volterra. Very very small restaraunt with no views or even windows. My gnocchi with gargonzola sauce was the table favorite!

Lunch at Godi Popolo was a fantastic experience for our group of eight. Grilled vegetables, which a couple of us ordered as a starter, were a standout: the freshest peppers, eggplant and zucchini, dressed with olive oil and seasoned with salt. We ordered several pasta dishes, all of which were excellent, and chicken cacciatore, which was delicious as well. Friendly... More

Service was a bit slow but the staf was very nice. The food was good en not too expensive. Altough my beef (well done) was a little seared. Also they served us 3 free baskets of bread wich is nice. And when I say free I mean that they auto-charge tip. Overall very nice

The waitress was terribly rude, wanted to give us fst any table even though quite a few were free, the wine should indeed be a Montepulciani, but was rather red vinegar and lukewarm, served the antipasti unloving, the only really good thing was the dough of the pizza, the toppings either burned or drowned in tomato sauce. And then the... More

I had the €18 set price menu and was delighted with the result on a rainy day. Everyone was so friendly and the food was freshly prepared and cooked. I would recommend Godi Popolo to anyone who appreciates good, honest food that is incredibly good value.

There were no expections about this restaurant for us. We chose it because we were hungry and were walking by it. But it was a very pleasant surprise. The food was perfect and the house wine great. The price is also excelent. It is also in a very nice spot. I really recommend it.

This was a splurge night, so we tried many different things. We were seated up by the window, which was nice and intimate. The food was good and served at a nice pace, so it was very relaxing.

The food is good. Fresh and tasty. The service is very pleasant, but somewhat slow. It's ok if you're not in a hurry. We had lunch on the small balconi, just in the street. So it's nice till someone smokes near you... Inside was a little smelly.
