This restaurant now has a Michelin star and deservedly so. Every course was exquisite including the numerous additions between courses. The restaurant is delightfully quirky and intimate and the service impeccable and friendly. We were dining just as a couple amongst some tables of four who were known to the staff but we received just as much attention. We wanted... More

We had the degustatione menu, excellent. Tastes were very original, for instance using lemon or other local aromatic flavors in unexpected places. We appreciated the entire menu, but some highlights are the following. Raw shrimp tartare with mandarine and green leaves of saladine, very fresh. Palamita (local blue fish, like tuna) with potato puree, lemon, chamomile; such a dish rang... More

The car park is handy, but scruffy. The entrance hall is charming, but the dining room is less so. There's a very odd nativity scene and some weird clowns. The food was also mixed. The spaghetti, meat balls, lemon sorbet and lemon delize were fabulous. The roast chicken was unexciting. The waiter was so efficient it felt a little rushed.... More

My husband and I dined here two times on each of two trips to Vico within the last few years. We found the level of service and the quality of the food and wine impeccable and unforgettable. From the time of our arrival we were treated very cordially and it was clear how sincerely the staff wanted to make your... More

Nomad Europe and we had the same experience..we ended up parking at the bottom of Via Bonea..when we finally found it...and then walked uphill for at least 10 minutes to finally reach the restaurant..also nearly an hour late. The GPS was very non specific. We could easily have driven there and parked beside the restaurant. But we did not give... More

Reserved at table at eight but arrived at restaurant at nine thirty. Problem for us non locals is that addresses should be exact if one is to be guided by GPS. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: Very important that address is given as Pietrapiano di Vico Equense and not just Vico Equense as it makes a difference and which explains why I... More

We came without reservation, were much too early for Italy, the only guests (an overdressed very young local couple came later) and half of the staff still in trainers. Yet, we were treated very nicely with greatest attention to our dietary preferences. This prompted us to leave the menu closed and trust the team by going for the surprise menu.... More

Wonderful restaurant and a true gem in Vico Equense, near Sorrento, Italy. The chef is attentive and inventive! Delicious and original creations, you must experience the tasting menu as he conceives the meal to be best designed. One course outdoes the next and by the end, you feel like you have been guided by the chef on a unique culinary... More
