During a two week stay in Todi we ate here twice and had 2 take aways of Pizza. Consistenly delicious. Consistently welcoming. And my appaling Italian improved (a little) under the amused instruction of Piero

A very accommodating staff and varied menu but the food was just average. We had numerous starters, pastas, salads and meat dishes but none really stood out.

While staying in Todi our hosts recommended this family run restaurant. We ate there nearly every night, the food is beautiful. All the family help run this amazing restaurant and they do it with a smile, even if they don't speak much English and we struggled with the Italian. Such friendly service and lovely food.

Mother-in-law cooks and son-in-law is front of house, with occasional help from his wife (and adorable baby Daniele). When we asked for something not on the menu, mother in law came smiling out to check exactly what we wanted (a plain omelette and salad!) and later came out again to see if it was allright. Most of the other customers... More

This intimate, cosy restaurant serves Umbrian food that is not easily obtainable elsewhere. Try the risotto boscaiuolo (with asparagus, sausage and mushrooms) or the penne alla norcia (with sausage, cream and mushrooms. The pannacotta with berries is work of art. We last visited this place ten years ago and it only gets better!

Piero and Silvana are very friendly, lovely people. The atmosphere was great and we ate really, really nice, pure italian food! We had the best: a big plate of antipasti, followed by terrific risotto and gnocchi, finished by the best tiramisu in the world. I've never had such a good tiramisu!

OMG talk about good food, good service, beautiful people. Silvana was so sweet she came to our table every night to say hello and chat with us her family that also works in the restaurant made us feel like family, gained a good 5lb in three days it was that good. If you find yourself in todi is must.

My wife and I have been to many eating establishments during our month in Italy, but I have to say that we got the most friendly welcome and the happiest service at this Trattoria in Todi. The owner Piero came to our table with a can of coffee and a bowl of fine honey, offering a special mix, a cheese... More
