Best pizzas in Todi, but also a lovely varied menu, and marvellous views from the garden

This restaurant is best experienced in Spring/Summer when you can sit outside in the garden with the most wonderful view over the Tiber valley. The pizzas are the best in Todi with a wide range of interesting toppings. Their main menu is also very good (steaks are very good value and huge) and... read more

One of best pizzas we've had in Italy. Lovely thin base. Nice service. So cheap. We initially thought it might be price per slice!

Had lunch there twice. Once four years ago and we just wanted to go back. The old Cyprus tree is amazing and the view...well..what else can you ask for when you're having lunch! We had pizza, caponata, pasta and it was all good.Maybe the risotto was not the best. Reasonnable price, nice service, beautiful view..has to make you happy...just love... More

Had 2 excellent lunches (one in August and one in September 2014) at this restaurant with excellent service from helpful staff. There is an outside covered terrace and the views from here over the valley is wonderful. Pizzas are excellent and the choice on the main menu is also excellent.

We have eaten at Ristorante Cavour many times the past several years...most recently August 2014. The dining room is beautiful, and the outdoor terrace affords peaceful dining conditions and a wonderful view. The wait staff is professional and curious; and the food is wonderful. The pizza is unlike anything available in the states, and uniformly excellent. Ristorante Cavour seems to... More

Amazing and big terrace which must seat 100 people but on different levels so it retains atmosphere. Half the table had pizza, the others pasta. The pasta arrived first and indeed was finished/left before the pizzas appeared. Shame. The pasta vongole was not good at all, slimy and my son left most of it. My husband thought the asparagus carbonara... More

Went to Cavour twice - and enjoyed each time - though strangely the same dish appeared totally differently. Pizza lovely authentic and thin. My daughter ate it all - normally she leaves the crusts! Surprised that the whitebait came with chips first time and without the second time! Overall excellent value for money - and the waiters / waitresses work... More

What a view! This is a wonderful place to take your four children. We had antipasti, pasta, pizzas and a reeeeeally good tiramisu (and a plate of fries for our two-year old). The restaurant is extremely child-friendly. In fact, I don't think I would even recommend it to the child-less. We had an excellent time here and the food is,... More

Went for dinner on our recent holiday to a villa nearby. The villa's owner had recommended it. Although the staff were extremely pleasant as the terrace is pretty big and on a few different levels, service was a bit spotty as the place was pretty busy. We finished everything we ate, which is no bad thing, but no stand-out dishes... More

We went for lunch with tween kids and we all enjoyed the thin crust pizza (if you like truffles try the pizza tartufo!). Think about splitting the pizzas between 2 unless u r very hungry. We sat in a multi-tiered garden setting with amazing panoramic views of the valley below. Wine list fill with classic Orvieto white wines and others.... More
