After visiting Spoleto this summer, we stumbled on this gem of a restaurant in the hills south of the town. Although the indoor dining room was beautifully set, everyone seems to enjoy dining al fresco in the summer. We were happily shaded by huge old trees. Impressive wine list, excellent menu, lovely food, fine service. Even the restrooms were delightful!
