Unexpected gem with typical Ligurian cuisine

Out of the way tratoria with fresh seafood dishes. The grilled tuna and scampi were the best I had in the area. The pasta was homemade and the sauces were freshly made. The service was prompt and friendly. There is a coolnes and hip factor that is unexpected. A real find and can't miss tratoria.

We dined here last year and thoroughly agreed that this was the best food we'd had in Sestri. Unfortunately I cannot say the same this year. We'd booked in advance so as to not be disappointed. On arrival the waitress was not particularly welcoming, showed us to our table. When our order came my husbands chicken was raw and this... More

Our best dinner in Italy. Travelling with our seven and eleven year old grandkids, we were looking for something for everyone. Perfectly cooked tuna, a expertly prepared fritto misto, zuppe di pesce that was so good we all had to beg our grandson to let us taste, and finally one of the best plates of rare roast beef ever. Our... More

Besides the use of high quality ingredients, the service was absolutely perfect! (My tuna was overcooked - the waiter reacted absolutely understanding and brought a new (perfect) one 5 min later) Tip: wine of the day: 10 euro per bottle Prices were very fair!!!

Slightly off the beaten track, a small friendly restaurant with a good range of meat and fish dishes to choose from. We both had fish which was delicious, washed down with some local cinque terre wine. Presentation of the food was very professional and the service was very good.

Lovely young atmosphere, with an amazing selection of wines. The menu features a good mix of traditional reinterpreted dishes. My friend and I had a very good time! Sestri is absolutely fantastic.

We ate at many restaurants in Sestri Levante (including the restaurant at the castle) and this one was without a doubt the best. The standout dish was easily the lasange with pesto, potatoes, green beans and cheese. One of the best lasanges I have had in Italy or otherwise. The seafood starter was fresh and perfectly cooked as was the... More

We had lunch a couple of days here during our stay in Sestri Levante. We was surprised of the quality of the food, the wonderful tastes and the excellent service. We highly recommend this restaurant to others as it's outstanding in both quality, price and service!

This is one of those times I almost don't want to tell you how good it is, as it still feels like one of Sestri Levante's best kept secrets. We went for dinner two nights in a row, the first on a busy holiday evening, where we were squeezed in at the last minute, the next where we enjoyed every... More

We ate there twice whilst staying in the town recently. Just stumbled across this little bistro and walked in. We were met by this wonderful young hostess who greeted us warmly with a beautiful smile and very good English. We had pizzas for lunch on our first visit and decided to return for our final dinner before leaving as the... More
