We had a dinner for 2 at this restaurant while staying at the Rosa Alpina hotel. What a fantastic experience we had a cold and hot starter followed by a main course and a dessert. Our recognition goes to the Chef and his staff, fantastic food. Also the service was excellent. The wine list is impressive and the advices excellent.... More

No doubt this was a meal that was prepared to a very high standard with great ingredients but... In the midst of it all there was nothing here to elevate the experience above the standard 'fine dining' and we came away rather disappointed and not a little irritated. Taste and texture for us was lacking and the service gave the... More

I have limited experience with Michelin starred, let alone two-starred restaurants. The service devine, the food excellent on the palate, but a bit much in terms of richness and adjectives (added ingredients). It was a limited lifetime experience and rather expensive

During our latest trip to Suedtirol we were lucky enough to visit St. Hubertus. This restaurant is clearly above any 1-michelin starred restaurant we have visited in Suedtirol and that second star is well deserved. This year we visited La Stua de Michil (4/5 for me) and Alpenroyal gourmet (3/5). This has clearly been one of our best dining experiences.... More

One of the top restaurants of the valley.Norbert is an artist playng the herbs and savors of the regions. He also has taught many of the young and talented chefs of the area and beyond. Go for a gourmet experience, perfect service and divine food with some surprises. Drink the powerful reds of the region, Lagrein.

The food was innovative and delicious, the service incredible, and desserts kept coming. Would definitely return.

We did not have a great experience at st Hubertus (not in line with what you would expect from a 2 Michelin star restaurant). Starting with the positives: pasta dishes were excellent, meat very good. Good recommendations of wine from the sommelier. However... Appetizers lacked fantasy (and taste), service was overly attentive and noisy (imagine 5 waiters constantly marching up... More

I really couldn't eat this well and to this standard every night but really enjoyed the meal. We did have a service issue but that was resolved in a wholly professional manner, including the volunteered and immediate intervention by the chef in person. Of course we will be back.

Don't be put off by the dress code of the staff: grey and formal, nothing is like that in this place. The staff are friendly, the sommelier advices us extremely good wines at a decent price. The chef loves details so did we... For the scents smell the pines burning gently on a stone or enjoy the charcoal finish for... More

Sophisticated cuisine and gracious accommodating staff. Generous and responsive to my need for a vegetarian meal. Was not expecting to be impressed by the level of the cuisine but I was.
