We ordered two courses but got much more

Service was great, food was great, we asked the waiter to pair wine with each course and he did an excellent selections (3) and they were local reasonably priced wines. Deserts were awesome.

This place was a total disappointment. Service felt rushed and forced. The risotto was too salty and the meat that was a nice piece was swamped by a sauce again too salty, but the Char dish and beetroot gnocchi were nice. I don't get the main and desert served in two parts. The hazelnut soufflé was nice but the chocolate... More

Loved the creative offerings using products from the surrounding mountains. Very interesting flavors and blends. Very attentive service. Not too much to dislike when eating wonderfully and served in an equally refined manner.

Well, everything what has been said is true. This restaurant really serves a perfect fresh and tasty food and the quality of the service is above all expectations. I have visited a few Michelin stars restaurants and this one is my favourite due to the cosy and home feelings I have everytime I visit this place! My recommendation - the... More

Excellent food, fresh local ingredients delicately cooked to bring out all the flavour without being overly fussy. A real delight.

Chef Norbert welcomed us into the kitchen, starting with champagne, and several delightful appetizers. We asked Chef Norbert to surprise us!. We were treated to a nine course dinner paired with a dozen Wines. Each selected by the youth yet well versed sommelier. Of special note, each course was different for both of us. So 18 different items to taste.... More

Norbert is a super star. There are so many creative dishes and you'll want to take a picture of everyone. If you can go into the kitchen, do! I recommend the full degustation. The chef is a genius and he has a great team behind him.

I’ve reviewed St Hubertus and Siriola together, because if you’ve come to San Cassiano with gourmet adventures in mind, you are going to be considering them both. And they illustrate the difference between 1 and 2 star dining perfectly. Indeed San Cassiano was the trip that cemented my opinion that the 2nd star (or 3rd!) is so often a disappointment.... More

We have been to San Cassiano, the hotel Rosa Alpina and its Michelin-starred restaurant for many years. The chef is devoted to the mountain life and what it can provide at the highest level. To tell the truth, we had become worried about the cuisine getting stale in its ways (although very good, a bit too rich, a bit too... More

We had a dinner for 2 at this restaurant while staying at the Rosa Alpina hotel. What a fantastic experience we had a cold and hot starter followed by a main course and a dessert. Our recognition goes to the Chef and his staff, fantastic food. Also the service was excellent. The wine list is impressive and the advices excellent.... More
