Chef Norbert welcomed us into the kitchen, starting with champagne, and several delightful appetizers. We asked Chef Norbert to surprise us!. We were treated to a nine course dinner paired with a dozen Wines. Each selected by the youth yet well versed sommelier. Of special note, each course was different for both of us. So 18 different items to taste.... More

Norbert is a super star. There are so many creative dishes and you'll want to take a picture of everyone. If you can go into the kitchen, do! I recommend the full degustation. The chef is a genius and he has a great team behind him.

I’ve reviewed St Hubertus and Siriola together, because if you’ve come to San Cassiano with gourmet adventures in mind, you are going to be considering them both. And they illustrate the difference between 1 and 2 star dining perfectly. Indeed San Cassiano was the trip that cemented my opinion that the 2nd star (or 3rd!) is so often a disappointment.... More

We have been to San Cassiano, the hotel Rosa Alpina and its Michelin-starred restaurant for many years. The chef is devoted to the mountain life and what it can provide at the highest level. To tell the truth, we had become worried about the cuisine getting stale in its ways (although very good, a bit too rich, a bit too... More

We had a dinner for 2 at this restaurant while staying at the Rosa Alpina hotel. What a fantastic experience we had a cold and hot starter followed by a main course and a dessert. Our recognition goes to the Chef and his staff, fantastic food. Also the service was excellent. The wine list is impressive and the advices excellent.... More

No doubt this was a meal that was prepared to a very high standard with great ingredients but... In the midst of it all there was nothing here to elevate the experience above the standard 'fine dining' and we came away rather disappointed and not a little irritated. Taste and texture for us was lacking and the service gave the... More

I have limited experience with Michelin starred, let alone two-starred restaurants. The service devine, the food excellent on the palate, but a bit much in terms of richness and adjectives (added ingredients). It was a limited lifetime experience and rather expensive

During our latest trip to Suedtirol we were lucky enough to visit St. Hubertus. This restaurant is clearly above any 1-michelin starred restaurant we have visited in Suedtirol and that second star is well deserved. This year we visited La Stua de Michil (4/5 for me) and Alpenroyal gourmet (3/5). This has clearly been one of our best dining experiences.... More

One of the top restaurants of the valley.Norbert is an artist playng the herbs and savors of the regions. He also has taught many of the young and talented chefs of the area and beyond. Go for a gourmet experience, perfect service and divine food with some surprises. Drink the powerful reds of the region, Lagrein.

The food was innovative and delicious, the service incredible, and desserts kept coming. Would definitely return.
