Wow! This place is hard to find, but so worth looking for it! Food was lovely, great pizza and pasta. The fish was also very tasty. But we were really surprised by the great location. Nice garden and very clean. Best place in town!

This is a restaurant I have used with friends on every visit to Saluzzo. This last visit was a disaster. Anything that could go wrong did and the waiter was unable to rectify. Even when I asked to speak to the owner or senior person on duty the waiter appeared to completely ignore us. Our party don't think we are... More

I had high hopes for a good evening meal for my last dinner after a month in Italy. Certainly is a very well presented restuarant and seemed popular. I was very pleased with my first course ravioli stuffed with borage- authentic Piedmontes food. Perhaps mistakenly for the second course I ordered what sounded good - fried cod with red onions.... When we walked in the restaurant we were greeted by the owner and felt very welcomed. We ordered the pizza, which had a nice thin crust and was very good! I would highly recommend this restaurant. It’s a nice place to go and enjoy dinner with your family and friends.

Loved their pizzas. A good selection on the menu and the pizzas we bursting with flavour. I like thin based pizzas which these were and they had a nice crisp feel. I would definitely eat there again if I visit Saluzzo.

I have eaten at the Quattro Stagioni many times and we continue to come back every time we are in Saluzzo. The food is good...prices certainly have risen in the past few years. We had amazing Risotto, Lamb Chops and. Pasta this trip. The owner Piero and his wife Robeta are professionals. It's a great restaurant for families. It's not... More

Looks small from the arcaded street, but is actually a pretty big place, with a large enclosed courtyard. It was Saturday night, the restaurant was crowded especially with large groups of adolescents celebrating (I assume) the end of the school year, and the waiter was clearly harried, but based just on the quality of the food here, I'd give it...
