Long, intense working day before, with 38º heat and no airco in the meeting room. I needed a place to rest and take care of myself. And I found it: Chez A mangiare traditional Emilia dishes are revisited without becoming something else, actually bringing them to the next level. Also a good choice of wines by the glass which allowed... More

One of the very capable desk managers at the Hotel Posta recommended A Mangiare for our first evening in town. We were not disappointed! A pleasant walk from Hotel Posta brought us to our destination. Upon arrival, we noticed that it was largely a local crowd which is always a good sign. We were warmly greated and quickly seated. The... More

Albeit in the heart of meat-food tradition the place, stylish, offers interesting seafood plates. A good selection of wines, very well balanced among classics and labels linked to the territory is provided with moderate charges on price. Staff is very professional and kind. Good value for money.

innovative and creative kitchen in an informal setting, but excellent service The "spuma di parmiggiano" was excellent, as were the "capelletti alle pere". the recommended trentino wine (a blend) was excellent. Including 3 (big) glasses of (different, excellent) wines: 50 Euro, and no charge for water, coperto etc. Really high value for a top kitchen.

Very great location and fantastic cuisine. We had the Pappardelle alla liquirizia and it was soooo delicious. We also took the Cappelletti in brodo and the Cubo di controfiletto and everything was so delicate and refined. With the dessert we paid 55 euros, it's a bit pricing but for what we ordered and the atmosphere it is probably the right... More

The restaurant is not beautiful - adequate older style - but the food is amazing with a re-visitation of more traditional dishes based on regional products: mousse of parmesan cheese, pumpkin ravioli, desert ice cream of balsamic vinegar... fantastic. The price is approximately EUR45 per person without wine if you take a complete alla cart menu (which would be very... More
