Tortelli di Zucca

This place is lovely on all counts. Great service, fabulous food. I've eaten here serveral times over the last 10 years and now that it has a new chef it's better than ever. Went twice on my last trip to Reggio and had both divine pasta, delish fish and heavenly polenta with gorgonzola cream. Not... read more

I went here on my last night in Reggio Emilia and am so glad I did. The outdoor seating area was absolutely beautiful. The service was wonderful - the chef's wife gave me great recommendations (potato puree with scampi starter, tortelli primi with parmigiano foam, pork and tuna main, cherry dessert with ice cream). The bread was sliced fresh and... More

Situated next to MaxMara in a little courtyard is this wonderful gem. Our group of seven went during lunch and everyone had the set meal. I had the tagliatelle with veggies. The sauce was light and the pasta was definitely freshly made. Upon seeing another table with a salad, we decided to order one too. It had tuna, chickpeas, tomatoes,... More

We had our first meal here on a warm day and were delighted to find lovely outdoor seating in a garden tucked away at the end of a cool alley off the main shopping street. The indoor seating was spacious and airy with two floors, elegantly decorated. We all were in the mood to try a regional dish -- tortelli... More

We visited this restaurant as collectors of Buon Ricordo plates and this restaurant is a recent addition to this group. The restaurant is found down an alleyway off the main street, which opens into a beautiful internal courtyard where you can dine in the warmer months. We ate in the inside area which was tastefully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our... More

This restaurant is very close to Albergo Morandi Hotel I stayed at in Reggio Emilia. If you are traveling solo for conference in Reggio Emilia Philosophy, stay at the hotel and eat at this restaurant about a block up the street.it has the most wonderful courtyard full of plants and vines. The restaurant serves the best food in town so... More

2 Michelin-starred Chef Gianni D'Amato offers a high scale informal luxury experience in this design bistrot in Reggio Emilia Downtown. Don't miss the fish-ravioli. I'll be back.

Italy offers many nice restaurants, but this was a nice experience. The offered starters and main course were like paintings. The taste fitted perfectly with the dishes. The service was very attentive in a familiar still so you could feel at home and welcome even for a first visit. I am sure I will visit it again at my next... More
