Lovely tucked away traditional restaurant . Very popular - you must Book!!!!! Don't go if you are vegetarian, meat meat & more meat!!!! Recommend a sharing board to start. We then had the suckling pig & quite frankly it was the most delicious meat & crackling ever tasted ! A must when visiting Pula.

The food, the service, the atmosphere - absolutely love it. We visit at least twice when in Pula. It helps if you like meat, but there are some yummy dishes for vegetarians too. Traditional Sardinian food - make sure you are hungry!

Make a reservation and enjoy the BBQ pork. That's my advice. We went for the suckling pig after hearing some mixed reviews from other hotel guests. The menu is very traditional with some choices that were not really for us and especially not for our children. So we simply had melon and ham. Which was huge and enough for a... More

Had a nice dinner here in May, we were seated indoors which was nice. A bit cold in the evenings, warmer evenings I would suggest to get a table in their outdoor area. Nice grilled meat of differnt types and good Sardinian wine with it.

We visited this restaurant to try the suckling pig. The starter we had was nice- a mixed plate of meat and cheese. The main was disappointing. €4 for grilled vegetables which consisted of a slice of grilled pepper, 2 slices of aubergine and 2 slices of courgette. We also has potatoes that were undercooked and slightly hard. The staff were... More

We took the risk and arrived at opening time 8pm in the hope we might be lucky and we were. The restaurant was however full a short time later. At busier times of the year I would not chance it. We had the suckling pig as it was clear that this is the dish their reputation has be built upon.... More

This is a very busy place with Italians and tourists so you need to book ahead. We had suckling pig and it was absolutely delicious. The menus are in five different languages so it is easy to order and the owner speaks english. Arrive early as the staff seems to be overworked. This is certainly the most popular restaurant in... Dont expect anything special here... very basic food, my steak wasn't even anything special, very fat even.... But if you adore meat, you might like it. We didn't.

This restaurant is perhaps aimed firmly at the tourists although there were several tables filled with Italians although not sure if locals. We had to book 3 days in advance to get a table but it was worth the wait. Never had suckling pig before but a nice treat. 3 course meal with wine and coffee for £30 a head... More

Warm welcome on fully booked night. Great atmosphere but all food tepid or cold, even the roast potatoes. Other table sent food back to be heated and took a good 20 minutes to return. Lucky we like cold pork so no issue for us. Asked for prosseco aperitif and came at same time as starter. Worth a visit but most... More
