More a resort than a restaurant - this place is a must. Staying at the swanky (and pricey) Casa Angelina above we spent most of our time here - much more fun. The owner is great - and offered a lot of help and advice - even booked a trip for us to Capri. Food is limited but very good... More

My husband and I stayed in Praiano for a week in the beginning of June. Sunday we spent our day scoping out the various beaches in Praiano. We liked Praia but when we saw One fire and the beautiful view and friendly atmosphere we reserved two front chairs for the next day. Piccoletto and his staff were all welcoming and... More

We stayed in Praiano for a week and visited several beaches in the Costiera Amalfitana, but One Fire was our favorite for many reasons. Of course the spectacular view (Capri and the farraglione and Positano), the crystal clear blue sea, and long hours of sunshine are the obvious, and very important, but the people and people watching are also just... We almost "stumbled" upon the beach club, following signs to the beach. While the walk/steps are long and many, it is well worth the trek! Once there, we delight in the best cappuccino we had in Italy and Piccoletto's personality. We went back to the villa to collect our beach necessities and made the trip back to spend the day.... Magnificent setting and excellent food, the restaurant is access by boat (free) which leaves Praiano every day at 10.30 or 12.30

At the bottom of the cliff in Praiano which is the easy bit ! Good food with daily specials at reasonable prices for its position on the Amalfi coast.Suggest take the free boat at 5/30 or 7/15 to the next bay to avoid the hellish 400 steps and walk back to the top!!

Positano was packed so by travelling up the Amalfi coast a bit further we found this small cosatal beach where you could relax, sip a drink and enjoy the moment. A bit of a hike from the roadway or catch a boat from Positano or the beginning of Via Marina di Praia, in Furore.

Wonderful views of the water, delicious food and drinks, and great ambiance! Music was a little loud, but the dancing that went on was entertaining!

You don't really have a choice but to eat and drink here if you want to eat and drink on the water in Praiano. The drink selection far outweighs the food selection, but are you really trying to pig out on the ocean? The staff are flirty Italian gents happy to bring you a drink and a compliment. The music... I just love this hidden little beach! The sea splashes unexpectedly all over the place, lots of fun! The little bar is lovely, the staff very friendly and helpful. They serve giant portions - I had a mozarella and tomatoes panini which was huge and very tasty. Just one thing - the music could be less loud.
