Loved the wine, risotto & pasta!

This was one of my favorite meals of my entire trip to the Amalfi Coast. It was delicious without being over the top. I had the risotto which was SO great!! I loved it and ate every last bite. My husband got a pasta dish and raved about how perfectly the pasta was cooked. We got a local red... read more

My husband and I enjoyed our meal at Il Pino and the views were fantastic. We were picked up promptly from our hotel and the staff were very professional and friendly. We shared a mixed seafood entree which had lovely flavours it included tender local squid and clams in a white wine sauce. I had the black rice, cuttlefish and... More

Went on 2nd October - my birthday. Chose this restaurant, how wrong could I have been. My daughter and I were picked up from our hotel on time. Good start. Were brought appetisers which were very nice. Best part of the meal actually. I ordered seafood with noodles. It was so bad I could not eat it. The owner came... More

Very disappointing meal. We ate fabulous fish all throughout Italy, and this was the only time we encountered fish that wasn't fresh. Cannot recommend this place.

We really liked the food here and the view can't be beat. However, we ordered one thing and something else was brought. When we said that the order was wrong, the waiter argued that THAT was what we ordered. Guess he's always right. Other than that - food was good.

This is a lovely restaurant with an interesting and innovative menu showcasing the best of the Amalfi. We loved our dinner there, & the charming driver who both picked us up & delivered us back to our hotel. A great service, i wish more destinations offered it!

After reading the previous review for this restaurant, dated just yesterday, we decided that we'd try this place, and boy are we glad we did! Francesco, the manager, and his staff were very attentive. The food was fresh and cooked to perfection. From the restaurant you can see the twinkling lights of Positano and beyond, and to add to the... More

The management of this restaurant changed in April 2014 and the menu has been changed as well. That said, we enjoyed a very pleasant meal at this restaurant. Our meals (fresh fish of the day, swordfish steak) were well prepared and nicely presented. The service was both efficient and friendly. The cost of both the meal and a bottle of... More

We ate here on a Saturday afternoon and on a Monday evening and both experiences were just lovely. The fish dishes were fresh and perfectly cooked and the pasta was very good. Wine was very good. The cost was surprisingly low. I think we spent maybe £30-35 each for two courses and wine, which is fantastic VFM. The waiting staff... More
