Perfect Dinner

We came here on the recommendation of our hotel and TA. We had an outstanding dinner while sitting outside and watching the town pass us by. I had the Calamari Fritto - perfectly done and lightly breaded. Hubby had the pasta with braised beef and onions - incredible. We shared the gazpacho with... read more

Da Vicenzo is absolutely the best restaurant not only in Positano but even further. It's a gastronomical delight with a fantastic service and down to earth prices! This is my 5 time that I dine here, and the quality remains to be on the top, the waiters Raphaele & Anna still do their best to satisfy you, and the owner... More

We eat here on our last night in Positano and it was the best meal we had. Need to book early if you want a table outside which is on a road but adds to the atmosphere. We eat inside which was also nice. The service & food were excellent and the desserts were brought round to show you what... More

My wife and I enjoyed this place while we were in town. The people working there were very nice. I had the spaghetti (traditional) which was okay. My wife had their gluten free ravioli and said it was the best gluten free pasta she has ever had. Note: it's very rare to find gluten free ravioli. I tried hers as... More

Staff, food, service were all excellent. Best eggplant parm, muscles, fresh fish, I've ever had! Came here twice during my week vacation in Positano. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return!

From the time we walked in this was a great experience! This family run restaurant is very visually appealing. the menus and wine selection are both great. From the beginning., the great tasting bread, high quality olive oil and balsamic vinegar to the terrific food and friendly service. this was our best meal in our ten day tour in Italy... More

Went here because of the reviews. Appetizers were horrible. Calamari was overcooked and tough. Traditional Positano appetizer was tasteless. Ordered two branzino grilled for main meal and the were full of bones after they were defined for us. Mentioned this to waiter and he just smiled. Many other restaurants much better in Positano.

rushed and poor service....we arrived on time as we had reserved for 8 pm.....getting there we were escorted to a table . The waiter was not very personable at all.....bread finally came ...no oil or balsamic....he quickly took our order and wine selection...wine came out ....seemed like "seconds" later the food hit the table. There was no time for making... More

We arrived in Positano late the first evening on the Amalfi Coast and our hotel was able to get us a late reservation for dinner here. They apologized as they had no openings outside so we sat inside for dinner and I have to admit I liked it better inside than our 2nd visit where we sat on the patio... More

Fantastic restaurant serving typical, local cuisine. I'd go again for the lemon spaghetti and anchovy pasta. The staff is terrific. They were welcoming and attentive. Given the amount of (demanding) tourists they serve--there is something to be said about that. Have a great, laid back dinner.
