Location appears out of reach for some, but they will send a car to pick you up and take you back after dinner. Aiada, the owner's niece is fabulous. Take warning: the portions are huge. Food and wine is reasonably priced. Great atmosphere and a must do for the view alone!

Friendly and tasty. Slightly odd style of fish filleting that did not remove all the bones, but all the rest of the food was yummy.

We loved Da Vincenzo. So much that it was the only restaurants during our 12-day vacation where we ate twice. The wines were great, the food was fresh and tasty. Try the small fried sardines with vinegar and mint, you won't regret it! Service was also excellent, even though it was very busy both times.

We had a reservation here the first night we arrived in Positano and due to a festival that evening there was an incredible amount of traffic so we were delayed getting to the hotel, etc. so we had to push the reservation back twice. Da Vincenzo was very accommodating to our schedule which was very much appreciated since we were a... More

Family own and run restaurant with excellent food and friendly service. Very popular place to sit, relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Good wine selection. Interesting thing that I was at my doctor's office yesterday and we were discussing Positano, when he told me that his favorite restaurant was Da Vincenzo and his family liked it so much that they keep... I don't understand the great reviews. The service was rushed (my family lived in Italy, so this wasn't a cultural misunderstanding) the food simply wasn't good. I came to Italy to eat amazing food, this was Americanized -- To be fair there were not very many places I found in Positano that weren't catering to American's, and I understand why... More

We went for a late / lite dinner and it was one of the worst experiences we had dining in Italy. The servers were downright rude. After bringing us our water we were ignored for about 15 mins. I understand the restaurant was fairly busy, and we're in a slow-paced tourist town, so the wait wasn't a big issue. It... More

Hands down, 14 days just completed overall the best of many that I and my foodie wife tried. Great personality on the side of the road (if you know Positano, that is where to sit) watching the locals and tourists walk by, seeing the owner smooth things over with the police for one of his regulars who parked incorrectly. Bottom... More

We had two wonderful evening meals at Da Vicenzo's. The food was well presented and the portions were very generous. All the courses were delicious, but the outstanding dish for us was the fried fresh anchovies, infused with white wine vinegar and mint. The wait staff were friendly and we weren't rushed, even though people were waiting for tables. Wonderful... More
