we were staying at their hotel and wanted a lot to try their restaurant, as we have read many good reviews of them. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, but they keep open the wine bar with great choice of wine and cheese and meat cuts .We really loved the place and now have another reason to come back when they... Great wine selection, and a incredible seasonal menu that won't fail to impress. This restaurant was located literally steps from our hotel, and we decided to give it a try on our last night. A little higher up than the other restaurants, so if you're looking for an optimal view, this one's alright depends on the table you sit at.... More

We had our fare share of ordinary meals during our Italian travels, however this little gem was definitely not ordinary! Perched high on the cliff (approx 20 min walk from the main town and make sure you reserve a table with view) not only are the views breathtaking but the food is delicious, traditional and made with love! The ragu... More

We walked up to the second level of Positano and happened upon this spot! They brought us a complementary slice of ricotta and spinach pie that was divine along with bread. I ordered risotto which came in what looked like an oversized, huge lemon! Beautiful presentation and delicious. My husband ordered beef with Parmesan and veggies-he said it was his... More

though hotel owner recommended, husband was displeased with his order of fried seafood - we let restaurant know he had been unhappy with meal and restaurant did not charge us for it, which was nice. My meal was satisfactory. So stay away from prawns.

We had a wonderful meal here. Its a beautiful view and the little lanterns near the table have speakers within them. It was nice to have soft music in the background. We asked for a wine suggestion and she was very helpful and picked a very nice wine at a great medium price range. They brought us our a complimentary... More

We ate 2/4 of our dinners in Positano at da Gabrisa. The views are incredible so come by earlier in the day and reserve a table outside, it makes your dinner that much more magical. The staff is so polite and helpful (sometimes hard to find as a tourist in Italia!) - there was one gentleman who completely humoured us... More
