Good views and worth a visit

Our Hotel (Villia Yiara) recommended dinner at da Gabrisa we decided to go as it was close by and away from the main touristy restaurants at the beach. Food is very good, and beautiful view. Just price per meal was 15-20 euros. a bit up comparing to other places in south of Italy, but food quality was very good so I guess it is worth it.

We stayed at this hotel and ate at their restaurant for one of our 3 nights. You have the choice of sitting on the street with a spectacular view of Positano or you can sit in a charming room. The wine list was great as was the menu. The food was delicious, well done Gabrisa

The seafood mixed dish was splendid especially the tomato sauce with it. Also try the risitto shrimps which comes inside a large amalfi lemon. Don't miss the lemon cake dessert!

Perfect view and food. Worth to eat at least one night. It was so close to our hotel and we took a dinner at first night, food was delicious and the view is amazing.

We made the effort to walk up the many steps and roads from the beach in Positano to get here. Thank god we did. The food and service is exceptional. We visited for lunch and were treated to a beautiful meal and attentive service. The waitress had a passion for wine and was not afraid to make recommendations on food... More

Our B&B was just up the road, and not yet ready for us when we arrived, so we dropped our bags at the front desk and walked down to this restaurant just to have a glass of wine and relax. We are glad we did. While we didn't order food (it was late afternoon), we enjoyed the chips they served... More

If you have spent a fair amount of time in busy Italian tourist destinations you will know that everything comes at a price. We sat down at the picturesque terrace of Da Gabrisa and where served by a very friendly lady with very good english (not very often will you find good english around). She explained us some local dishes... More

We ate at this restaurant on our first night in Positano and were charmed by the fabulous view, good service and excellent food. We liked it enough to return on our final night in the area. The restaurant provided a great experience for our large group of ten people, and the menu offered good options for the vegetarians in our... More
