We (6-10 people per meal) ate here several times during our stay in Positano and were never disappointed. The pizza was hot, thin and the toppings were fresh. The pasta was done to perfection and made to order. Our server Frederico was cheery and had a great sense of humour. It was our favourite place to eat in Positano and... More

We ate at Cera una volta several times during our week in Positano and we were never disappointed. The pizzas and pasta are excellent and the mixed seafood grill was exceptional, as were several specials we tried. The house white whine was inexpensive and slightly carbonated - a nice surprise. The owners, the waiters and the kitchen staff are all... More

Good food with nice decor. Reaonably priced however service could be a little slow. They provide shuttle service from and to your hotel. Make sure you ask them what their daily specials are and ask them to recommend something for you!

This small ristornte above Positano serves great pizza and specials that offer great local produce. Warm friendly service.

We have visited several restaurants in this beautiful seaside town and overall the quality of foods is quite satisfactory. But C'ena una Volta is my very favourite. We visited this cozy restaurant twice during our four nights stay. Their seafood dishes are luxurious and substantial, their meat dishes are also excellent, and their desserts light. My favourite dishes are this: seafood... More

Nothing special and spectacular. Just fine and acceptable Italian cuisine. Spaghetti with sea food in tomato sauce not really recommended.

We saved this restaraunt for out last night in Positano. We were on a budget and out of 6 days only went out twice for special meals. The service was extremely friendly, the atmosphere was beautiful, (outside overlooking Fornillo beach), and the food was to die for! We let Francesco pick our appetizer, the sardines, which we would not have... More

Great food to the point that we came back for all 3 consecutive evenings of our stay, not to mention the shuttle service from our hotel - Villa Yiara and back. We tried most of the seafood dishes including oven baked Bass, Seafood soup, fried jumbo prawns... The Pizzas were among the best we had, the wine selection is very... More

As a food and beverage manager of a very high end private restaurant, I must say that the food and service are perfect. The staff makes you feel very welcomed and at home (speak English very well) and the food is amazingly traditional. It is the perfect eatery for such a beautiful town!
