Laid back atmosphere, excellent service, delicious food

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. The prices are much more reasonable than anywhere else on the Amalfi Coast where we've eaten and the atmosphere is a lot more relaxed than in most restaurants in this area. Especially for young couples like ourself, who are more used to staying in... read more

I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. The prices are much more reasonable than anywhere else on the Amalfi Coast where we've eaten and the atmosphere is a lot more relaxed than in most restaurants in this area. Especially for young couples like ourself, who are more used to staying in backpacker hostels than mingeling in high-end restaurants and hotels,... More

This review is a bit late. My (now) fiancee and I visited Positano in May. So...it's been a few months. But let me tell you, we can't get this place out of our heads. The food was spectacular. The service was exceptional. And you get one heck of a meal for the price. We got to know the staff quite... More

If so fresh seafood perfectly cooked is your aim, this is your home. Friendly and polite waiters, low prices. A very good experience!

The food is great (including sea fruits) and has small prices compared with other restaurants in Positano. However is far from Positano center and there is nothing luxury about this restaurant. It has the look of a clasical italian restaurant. Therefore if you value good food at great prices go there.

We decided to come to this restaurant as it was close to where we were staying and because it was recommended by the owner of our apartment. We went along without a reservation and had to return an hour later when there was space. We quickly decided what we wanted but had to wait longer than expected for our order... More

The service here was top notch, although our shuttle was half hour late (I'm sure it would be hard to pick everyone up at their desired time). I ordered the grilled whole fish special, it was bland. I had to drown it in olive oil, salt and pepper to make it edible. Also the fish wasn't properly scaled every time... More

If you want to eat out good food without spending a ton of money, this is a good place. Home cooking style. The location is a little unfortunate

Absolutely delightful experience on all 3 nights! My wife and I reckon none better in our experience whilst spending 6 nights in Positano. Proprietors Nino and his Dad and staff are very accommodating, speak very good English and are very accommodating people. Great food and vino advice and Lemoncello's to die for! Thoroughly recommended.

Just 5 min by foot from our hotel, we had to try this restaurant. Fortunately, we placed a reservation in the morning to get one of those tables with the beautiful view to the sea. This is a truly family owned business that cares about its customers. We had a great time at this place and the food fantastic for... More

We visited this restaurant 3 times over a week as we found the food delicious and such great value. C'era u a Volta offers a free taxi to the restaurant which is ideal if you are staying somewhere high up in Positano as we were. The pizza was sublime and the seafood to die for. The service was superb; very... More
