We stopped at Santa Croce after hiking part of the Trail of the Gods. Had a great lunch. Everything super fresh, and service like a Michelin restaurant. The waiter, whose Mom is the cook told us that most of the produce was local. It was so good, that we came back the next night for dinner. Had a seat by... More

We ate at this restaurant twice out of our 5 nights in Positano. And I was thrilled to see the menu change on the second time. An Italian mama is the chef and she adjusts the menu everyday depending on what is freshly caught that day! I had octopus with pasta the first night and mussels & clams with pasta... More

We just had dinner at Santa Croce, our last night in Nocelle. I made sure to arrive at 7 pm to get a table by the window which assured we watched a beautiful sunset during our meal. It was our second time and we enjoyed it even more. I've always preferred a menu with the houses best offerings rather than... More

Ask for a table by the window so that you can see the fabulous view - we sat at the same table for 2 nights running! Food good, simple Italian fare - plenty to share. Friendly staff.

Loved this restaurant so much we went back three times in a week! We stayed in Nocelle (at Nino’s, highly recommended B&B) and it was super convenient just to walk a few stairs down to this little gem. With a short menu (always a good sign), and mama in the kitchen, this family driven restaurant delivers rustic but high quality... More

During my stay in Nocelle I have eaten at Santa Croce 3 times, two dinners and a lunch. The dishes made of fresh pasta were always delicious! The portions are big, so if you are a girl who does not eat a lot, think twice before ordering a primo and a secondo on the same day. I had a caprese... More

We stayed in Nocelle for 5 days and we decided to try several restaurants. Santa Croce has got great food, huge portions, fair price and a breathtaking view of the sea. My gf had first and second course but she could barely touch the second one, which I finished with love. Worth a try. Very romantic!

This is the best place to eat in Positano. The view is fantastic, the food is amazing and the service is phenomenal. All fresh local food prepared with the highest quality. Definitely worth the drive up the mountain and trek through the medieval era streets.

We were staying in Nocelle and decided to eat at Santa Croce after we missed the bus to eat in Positano. Glad we missed it! We made reservations and had a table by the window, with a fantastic view of the Amalfi coast. The service was attentive and professional throughout the night. The wine list had a good variety of... We ate here a few days ago. Fantastic! Arrived too early for lunch as the Path of the Gods was way shorter than everyone said online, so asked if we could sit at a window seat and drink coffee until lunch was served. No problem. What a beautiful experience, sitting in front of this spectacular view of the Amalfi Coast,... More
