During our 1 month in Positano we found ourselves at Ferdinando's Beach & Bar regularly - WE LOVED IT - Guido (son of original owner Ferdinando) and Guido's son Ferdy were so so very friendly we felt like part of the family. We often saw Guido at the Positano wharf and Ferdy up where the locals met and they always... More

We are so happy we read the reviews before we went to Positano, otherwise we would have missed this place, it is a family run place, all were nice and friendly especially Guido, who makes you feel at home, and as if you have been over there before, you can spend the whole day, getting there could be by means... Really welcoming bunch of folks. Ferdinando, the grandson of the original Ferdinando is an exceptionally polite and helpful man that knows his costumers very well and makes an attempt to really get to know them and help them out. We stayed here on the beach aside Ferdinando's bar during our trip and it was great. Made great drinks and food.... More

We were there every beach day. All the Italians go to this place (there are 4 others next to each other). Food is fantastic and very friendly atmosphere. Owned and managed by sons and grand kids of Ferdinando. Mrs still cooks most of the food and they have a boat to pick up and drop off at the main beach.... More

We loved eating here when we would come to the beach for the day. Good sandwiches, great drinks, and excellent gelato. The staff are very friendly and clearly want to make your time there enjoyable. Located right on the beach, so you can come right up in your swim attire...the waiters aren't wearing shoes either! They also have a boat... More

Fantastic! We spent two days here in mid-July, but could have spent a month... The food is great, the beer and wine is cold, the beach is beautiful, and the service is great! (Great gelato too!...) This beach is much less crowded than the beach at marina grande, and the service and prices are much better. We will be back!

Da Ferdinando is the best beach bar in Positano. The food and drinks are solid and at a fair price. We spent 4 days with Marco, Guido and the crew and were treated like family.

This beach is far better than the overcrowded main beach in Positano, and this bar is the best! Great prices, great food. I wish I was there now!
