Guido and family deliver an amazing seamless experience to ensure you make relaxed Positano "sundaze" on Fornillo Beach a blessed memory. The food, service, smiles, laughs, music and sunshine are perfect. Hong Kong

My wife and 7 month old daughter ate here a bunch of times during the week we were in Positano. The highlight is definitely the helpful staff. They were extremely welcoming and helpful to my family. The location is amazing - right on Fornillo beach. The food was really well priced and pretty decent. I had one dish that was... More

I was a bit surprised by all the extremely positive reviews here. Perhaps we ordered the wrong dishes... Our food was definitely on the average side. What we had was: 1) Pizza- absolutely terrible. 2) Toasted bread with mozzarella and anchovies- fine, but uninspiring. Really large portion, though. 3) Some sort of a calzone (but not an actual calzone) with... More

Food was really good, sandwiches, salads, paninis, drinks. Service was terrific and staff was very friendly. You can tell they want to please their customers! Highly recommend, and free wifi if you are interested in that. If you don't feel like hiking over to this beach, they run free shuttle boats from Spiaggia Grande very frequently. They also rent out... More

Firstly, this review combines our experience of the bar and the beach spanning an entire day. The location on Fornillo beach is right in the center, sandwiched among other similar looking establishments. While we chose Bagni da Ferdinando largely because of the TA reviews of the food, the beach facilities were first rate, and included floaties/toys for the kids, as... More

During our 1 month in Positano we found ourselves at Ferdinando's Beach & Bar regularly - WE LOVED IT - Guido (son of original owner Ferdinando) and Guido's son Ferdy were so so very friendly we felt like part of the family. We often saw Guido at the Positano wharf and Ferdy up where the locals met and they always... More

We are so happy we read the reviews before we went to Positano, otherwise we would have missed this place, it is a family run place, all were nice and friendly especially Guido, who makes you feel at home, and as if you have been over there before, you can spend the whole day, getting there could be by means... Really welcoming bunch of folks. Ferdinando, the grandson of the original Ferdinando is an exceptionally polite and helpful man that knows his costumers very well and makes an attempt to really get to know them and help them out. We stayed here on the beach aside Ferdinando's bar during our trip and it was great. Made great drinks and food.... More

We were there every beach day. All the Italians go to this place (there are 4 others next to each other). Food is fantastic and very friendly atmosphere. Owned and managed by sons and grand kids of Ferdinando. Mrs still cooks most of the food and they have a boat to pick up and drop off at the main beach.... More
