Two months later I came back to this magic place and the quality of food, kindness of staff and the fantastic view are better than what I expected. A typical place to enjoy along with friends, an unforgettable time to spend here with your loved ones.

8 people sat down to dinner, after about 1.1/4 hours 4 people left, the remaining people moved to 2 tables freeing up the other 2. I ordered bottle of wine and after about 5 minutes a waiter put the bill (237 euros) on the table, 5 minutes later I caught the waiters eye and he shrugged. very shortly afterwards another... More

This was near our hotel but it was worth traveling for if it were further away. Service is excellent and the quality of food always was perfect. Friendly people, good wine and amazing food.

This place had some fantastic views of the top end of Positano, away from main American tourist hubbub near Spaggia Grande. Day or night, it's always quite sweet, say by the side of the road (like ALL restaurants in a Positano - so stop moaning!) you will expect to see buses and cars and bikes whizz by. It's beautifully lit... More

The kids serving had a big heart and were trying very hard but they shouldn't be left alone yet. Needed a bit more training as continually orders were mixed up or forgotten. Went there for lunch and dinner. Great view and atmosphere. It was great that we could sit outdoors in a non-smoking area!!

Very good italian pizza but they charged for a water that they never gave us. Very beautiful view of Positano from the tables.

We chose this restaurant on our first night because it was close and we are so glad we did! We sat outside next to the street and were amazed how close the cars and buses came to our table, and it added to the experience. Food was delicious ( I had the burrata ravioli) amazing!

We went to Il Fornillo on our first night in Positano as it was the first place we came across and the position and atmosphere looked good. It turned out to be just as expected.. all good!! My nephew eats plenty so we got to try a few things and the four cheese pizza is great to share and my... More

We ate here the last night of our trip to Positano. Food was very good, but we were seated at the table the was on the roadway and the traffic came awfully close to our table. Once you see the roads in Positano you'll understand. Plus it put our table at a definitive slant due to the geography. The ones... More

This one one of many restaurants on the sides of the narrow Amalfi coast drive near Positano. It's actually near your first entry into Positano coming from Naples. Most helpful was the inexpensive parking garage that was spaciously useful and nearly next door. My first contact with a melon called "gialletto" was here -- never seen one of these and... More
