Recommended by a local and turned out to be a great choice for local seafood at reasonable prices for the area. Nice views over the beach in Positano.

average food, very over priced. For a Ristorante by the seaside the fish appeared to me to be of the frozen ,supermarket variety. The only thing upmarket about this place was the price. I would not recommend this place to anybody

A last minute decision to book a table here on our last night in Positano. We were drawn to the sea views and were able to have a window table on the first floor of the restaurant. We enjoyed a very good meal with seafood dishes watching the sunset over the water. We went for a local white wine recommended... More

The food AND service AND location is amazing. You couldn't find a nicer waiter (Simone) anywhere, polite and professional. The clams and linguine were perfect for me as I love little clams. Mouth watering as I think of it now. Enjoy the food, you'll wear it off going up and down the stairs!

I just got back from a large meal this evening. Food was good, some very good. I had the seafood risoto, fried rice ball, pairwise squid and potatoes, and baked seabass. Risotto was ok, the rest was very good. I actually shared these with my wife and she had a seafood pasta with tubular noodles that were good. Along with... More

It's one of the very few restaurants open all year in Positano. Its position is simply perfect to enjoy sea views both during day or night. We spent one dinner during week, with a magnificent view of moon which was reflecting on the dark sea. Service is quite professional and polite. Menu offer is rich with a very good selection... More

Terrific spot on first floor overlooking the beach. We had lunch twice there as it was a good combination of position, food and value. Better for lunch than dinner (Chez Black best for dinner).

We had a table with a beautiful view! The seafood was excellent and the service impeccable! The restaurant was next door to our hotel and could not be in a better location!

This little gem is situated at the bottom of some stairs leading out onto the beach. The menu reads well with lots of seasonal vegetables and plenty of fresh fish to choose from. The pasta is homemade everyday and there is always a selection of grilled vegetables ready to have as a side dish. We were there at the end... More
