Very Solid Spot to Eat

A little off the track for those staying in hotels down near the main beach but this place offers a varied menu and the staff are efficient and fun. The climb (up the stairs at the far end of the main beach rather than the much longer route via the road) will certainly burn off some calories pre-dinner! We were... More

Really enjoyed this restaurant for dinner. It was a bit of a hike uphill from the beach, roughly 15 minutes, but certainly worth it. Fantastic atmosphere and happy staff. I had pasta and pizza and both were very tasty. The desserts were mediocre. I thought the setting was quirky but some people may not enjoy the proximity of the tables... More

I had lunch here with my wife while on our honeymoon. The food is fantastic (and we didn't even have the famous pizza). One tip - the seating is on a busy road, so those who are easily scared by oncoming traffic should sit facing downhill or inside.

Best pizza i tasted in italy yet. The gnocchi a la sorrentini was also good. Friendly atmosphere by Pepe. The bread and french fries are average.

We were really happy with our dinner here. Great food and excellent service. The pizza was very good and I loved the Alice Di Nonno Franco ( I think that's what it was called) it was the whole baby sardines with balsamic onions and olive oil. Sensational meal! We would go back for sure. Good value for money in Positano

So interesting eating right beside the road. The food was great and as a celiac I was looked after well. We were overcharged on our bill but it wan't worth the hassle of bringing it to the wait staff's attention. Plan on being there a while!

Most delicious meal of our holiday - highly recommend. Gorgeous seafood pastas and salads and delicious wine for a great price.

There are some great restaurants in Positano. And the food is second only to the views. Interestingly, it's not difficult to find an open table for dinner without reservations here in Positano. We happened upon this restaurant and sat down (all 5 of us) at a streetside table. It was already dark outside, so the views didn't really come into... More

Interesting location with the restaurant and seating area split by a road but it was an interesting layout. The staff were very good and the food delicious. I had the veal milanesa which was very tasty with potato crouquettas as a side. On the Lonely Planet's recommendation I went for the Profiteroles for dessert and they were lovely! Finished off...
