Seemed like a tourist trap at first, but we decided to try it on our last day in Positano and it was a good surprise. Food was great and service very efficient. Good wifi connection and nice location, right on the beach. Only complaint was that I ordered a spaghetti zucchini and it came with bacon. It was easy to... More

My girlfriend and I went here for lunch- we ordered the chicken in lemon dressing with fries and the grilled sea bass. The food was surprisingly really quite good (especially since most touristy restaurants aren't that great). The service was hospitable and would recommend coming here for a nice meal, a view of the beach and some shade from the... More

The seafood was fresh, however we didn't think this restaurant was anything special. It was pretty touristy and expensive. I would recommend eating dinner higher up in town; off of the beach. The views are much better and it is more romantic. Plus, the prices are better and the food is at least as good.

We stopped for a quick lunch after shopping the town. I had a cold seafood salad and husband had his customary platter of fresh mozzarella with tomato, and a bowl of pasta. There was nothing extraordinary about the meal other than the fantastic waterfront location of La Pergola on a lovely and warm afternoon in May. It is easy to... More

I've been coming to Positano for over 10 years and whilst I've eaten at nearly every restaurant in town, I keep returning to la pergola. The friendliness, the beach location, consistent great quality of food, watching the passing parade & sea - perfect all round. Anti pasta seafood, tagliata (filet steak seared with fresh rocket and cherry tomatoes) or local... More

We stopped by here every day of our week's long stay in Positano. Sometimes for lunch, twice for dinner, and always for coffee and gelato. The waiters got to know us and greeted us warmly each time, excellent service and always complimentary lemoncello after dinner. Great location, right on the beach- wonderful coffee and ice cream!

We decided to have lunch at La Pergola after walking the road down to the beach from Hotel Marincanto. My husband had a four cheese pizza which he is said was good, but perhaps had a bit too much cheese. I had the Lasagne which was also good, but nothing to write home about. I have to say that after... More
