Right on the front, we loved this place and it's location. Authentic, amazing and affordable-ish. We visited 3 times. Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Do try the lovely, traditional starters on the inside cover of the menu. We tried various fish and shellfish dishes - all top notch.

The only selling point of this restaurant is it's location which is amazing. It is situated right on the beach with good views. The food, however, was inedible. I had Spaghetti Carbonara. The sauce had curdled and tasted like sour yoghurt. The garlic bread was made of stale rolls, toasted and drizzled with garlic oil. 5 euros for stale toast... More

Ordered Pizza diavola - do not know what I got.. Sloppy pizza, cooked sausage and undelicious taste. Not a smile on any waiter. Tourist trap. Do not think about pizza. Try something else if you like the location.

Floppy and burn caprese pizza tasteless with low cost ingredients ( like grec olives you find on frozen pizza ). The view is ok

Do not bother going to this place. It sells soft tasteless pizza and charges $4 euro per head cover charge to eat their tasteless food. When questioned why do they charge, they have it in fine print in the menu!

During a recent trip we popped in for a quick brunch and came away unimpressed - great view, OK food - nothing extraordinary. I would probably go back for a glass of wine and people watch, but for food, there are much better options.

Have been to Positano every year for the last 12 years and have eaten in nearly all the restaurants in the town. Always have a least one meal in La Pergola as the food is well cooked and reasonable value. Had the spaghetti with olive oil garlic and chilli, perfectly cooked but aske for extra chilli if you like it... More

Seemed like a tourist trap at first, but we decided to try it on our last day in Positano and it was a good surprise. Food was great and service very efficient. Good wifi connection and nice location, right on the beach. Only complaint was that I ordered a spaghetti zucchini and it came with bacon. It was easy to... More

My girlfriend and I went here for lunch- we ordered the chicken in lemon dressing with fries and the grilled sea bass. The food was surprisingly really quite good (especially since most touristy restaurants aren't that great). The service was hospitable and would recommend coming here for a nice meal, a view of the beach and some shade from the... More
