We were surprised to have found this restaurant. The location was very good. You can see a lot from where you're sitting, especially through the windows all around the restaurant. The food was good, simple but very tasty. The staff is really nice and help you whereever they can. It is not very expensive, so enjoy your dinner at Il... More

Il Moletto has been around as far as I can remember. And I have been going to P.S.Stefano for my entire life (43 now). The food is always fresh and tasty, my personal favorite are the "Tagliolini del Golfo" (white fish shreds in a tomato based sauce) - just yummy albeit, light. What truly takes the cake however is the... More

If you are looking to eat fresh fish in Santo Stefano you must visit this trattoria located at the end of the promenade. We tried anchovies to start with as antipasto delicious and delicate followed by risotto with lemon and prawns such a delicate dish highly recommended. I could not resist having Frito misto which had all locale fresh fish... More

We ate here as it was recommended by a local. It's right at the waters edge and was made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Ask for the fish of the day. They oven bake it with potatoes, tomato and olives. We weren't sure of some of the fishes that were local, so they bought out a plate... More

Located on the quay this little gem is a must! The family who run it are so warm and welcoming it feels like eating at home. The menu is seafood dominated and simply but expertly cooked. Our party of 8 tasted near enough all the dishes and they were all equally delicious. Try the mixed starter followed by the pirate... More

The quality of the service and the food were a pleasant surprise. This place was recommended by our hotel and I have become accustomed to getting "safe" recommendations and when I saw this restaurant's location, I figured "typical tourist restaurant relying on it's waterfront location". I was wrong - the food was wonderful - we both had seafood. Menu was... More

The quality of this restaurant matches the charms of the hotel where we found shelter for the night - Hotel Alfiero. Indeed these are quite miserable places but they are passable and can be even pleasant when you have no other choice of where to eat, like in this restaurant, or where to sleep, like in the aforementioned albergho. The... More

We have sined here several times over the past 10 years alwqays with great pleasure. Not only is the food outstanding but the staff and service are excellent! From our location in Castellina in Chianti it is about 1-1/2 drive and always worth the time and effort. We enthusiastically recommend!!
