I stopped by at lunch time while skiing towards ortisei (slope "La longia"). I had venison goulash with potatoes and it was great! Also I had strudel and a hot chocolate, everything was incredibly tasty and flavoured. The service was very, very fast and kind as well. Lovely location and atmosphere, I could not ask for more!

After some unpleasant experience in other refugees we were surprised: the food was great and the service very quick. Try the Apfelstrudel mit Vanilla Sauce - probably one of the best in Ortisei!

Was recomended this place by a local ski instructor for having the best apple strudels arround. We didnt ski to the place but had a walk up the mountain which isnt too bad and was definitely worth it! The fire outise, the sofas with the heated seats, the ambience of watching the skiers passing by and obviously the best apple... More

A nice Place for after ski after a log day in the slopes of Val Gardena - great location in the bottom of the long Secada slope. We took a drink and chocolate for the kids. Super atmosphere inside.

The slickest service with a smile, the very best wild mushroom soup ever, the most delicious melt in the mouth lasagne and a goulash soup chock full of meat, make this place the best mountain restaurant I have ever eaten in.

We had got on the Seceda lift as it opened and after a couple of hours skiing we fancied a snack. Remembered it from TA so stopped off. The outside fire was already roaring and as it was snowing it looked relatively empty - until we got inside only to find most tables full! We managed to be lucky and... More

This restaurant is situated 20 mins walk out of Ortisei and on the ski run back to the village from Seceda. We always stop there on the long homeward stretch after a day on the slopes. The food is excellent but what makes Val d'Anna special is the location and the outdoor seating. If you are visiting in the late... More

We stopped over while getting back after a long skiing day to Ortisei. Apart the great location , this lovely "hütte" got the best strudel we have ever had. Hurry up, later in the afternoon might be all gone. It is impossible to miss, whether you are skiing down the Seceda, sledging from Resciesa or walking in the green summer... More

Followed trip advisor recommendations and went to try the place when skiing at Seceda. Cafe is placed near the end of the slope. It is very busy during lunch hours especially on New Year holidays. But the waiting was worth it. We tried gnocchi and they were wonderful. I had tagliatelle with mushrooms - these I didn't like because I... More
