This restaurant offers some decent low cost meals in an expensive Italian hilltop tourist town. We have eaten there several times, although always for a quick lunch rather than an evening meal. The service is good, our waitresses have always been a bit hard-pressed as the place is always busy but they do their best and have never been rude... More

Came in for a pizza, glass of wine and wifi. Pizza was terrible, wine awful and wifi non-existent. Meal was literally trown in front of us, maybe the smashing of plates compensating for a lack of any kind of verbal skills. One waitress seemed nice, but we were not served by that one.. Served being a collosal overstatement. Please, save... More

We ate here because it was close to a venue for a concert that we were going to. This restaurant is in a great position for passing customers - next to the Puncinella bell tower and church - on the walk up from the bottom of town. However the food is not the greatest quality (I think we must have... More

Passed by this place on a number of occasions and noted what appeared to be a great regional menu. Was particularly looking forward to the wild boar casserole and my wife was looking forward to her first Italian pizza this trip. Greeted by a waitress who just didn't care, wouldn't give any assistance with the menu and forgot our drinks... More

We ordered the antipasti mix for 2 and got a huge and delicious plate! The chicken Etruscan style was very nice and also the pizza was amongst the best I are recently in Italy!

We got caught by the rain, so we run into this restaurant and decided to have a lunch. And only due to the rain we stayed, beacuse normally I'd left after the first contact with the waitress. The girl was in a very bad mood, not nice at all! Yet, we made an order and had some wine. Wine was... More

We had dinner here on our last nite in Montepulciano. It is a family run place with a nice atmosphere. The food is quite simple but tasty. Our only observation though was it looked like the waitress was run of her feet. She was great but looked like she could have done with some help.

We dined outside on two occasions, very friendly server - same one both times. She helped us with our Italian language skills. We went out of our way to return the second time to enjoy their carbonara. Right outside the clock tower - great place for people watching. Good place to stop for lunch on your way up the hill...
