Sweet Tooth Heaven!

This Bar/Pasticceria makes one feel like "a kid in a candy shop". The many delightful confections they offer make it difficult to choose just one. But, if I had to choose just one, I'd recommend the honeyed chestnuts. Staff is friendly and helpful.

A lovely, family run cake shop and cafe. Excellent cakes/buns. Limited seating . A very busy spot frequented by locals and tourists alike.

We were directed to this restaurant by the conciierge at the hotel where our friends were staring on a Gate1 trip to the Tuscany area. The venue was very nice (good food, very good service and reasonable price - 80 Euros for two including wine). Would recommend trying it!!

We stopped in to grab some Grappa to take home and realize how beautiful it was inside. There are many delicious treats to buy and very clean displays. We try their tarts in the morning and give an update.

We were attracted to this place by the gorgeous displays of candided chestnuts, chocolates, Italian cakes and everything else. Inside there were crowds of Italians doing their standing up coffee/cake thing. Prices were very reasonable and we noticed the shop was open even at 10 pm on a Sunday night. Very impressive. (Lots of lovely sandwiches too)

An unbelivable number of different delicate cakes, goodies and snacks - all home made for generations by the owner family. Busy place, but with a very good old fashioned high service level. Nice people, nice place - different, well worth several visits as we ended up doing. Recommendable, although not cheap.

Giovannini's cakes & pastries are so exceptional & scrumptious, we have just never tasted anything quite like them before. We are aware Giovannini's have received many accolades, & they are very well deserved, as the cakes are Wow! We just have one quibble - there are just two small tables available & you're very lucky to be there when they... More

This cake/pastry shop provides a wide variety of tempting delicacies to be eaten in or brought home - if you don't eat them on the way! It also serves good coffee. Counter staff are helpful and friendly. Only a couple of tables.
