Good food ~ Good wine ~ Good times

Often missed by travellers, this trattoria could be just what you are looking for when you want to escape hotel food or the busy places in the centre of town. Lots to choose from but my partner and I settled on the antipasto place to begin, followed by the penne for one and the gnocchi for the... read more

Inedible food and awful service. Stale bread. carbonara was spaghetti with completely raw egg on top (not mixed in or partially cooked) . When waitress dumped it onto the table, she asked if we wanted Parmesan. When I said yes please, she said oh! As if this was inconvenient. I then had to go and help myself to black pepper... More

This little restaurant was recommended as an option by our tour director. We ended up dining there 3 times in one week! We would always run into others from our tour group and hotel. The food is great, the prices are reasonable, and the ambience is very nice. They serve great steaks, thin crust pizzas, pastas, fresh fish etc. I... More

The open air dining area and the best pizza we have ever. The salad Caprese was excellent as well. The waiter was attentive without being annoying and the prices were very reasonable.

This was a set organised meal with rail tour group to local trattoria. Several courses and lots of wine were enjoyed with friendly service. Don't think there were too many other customers in and from the street it doesn't look much and decor isn't especially tuscany, but give it a go.

This was a great find. It was recommended by our hotel manager. The food was excellent. It was a great place to have a quiet meal after a long Day touring. The service was attentive but not intrusive.

Good food, excellent service, reasonable prices. What more can you expect. Probably the best value we came across in Montecatini Terme. Steak was very tender. Great little restaurant.

Nice restaurant with plenty of locals eating there. Prompt polite service, wait staff with very good English . Great food , best steak since travelling Italy . The ricotta and spinach ravioli with cream and walnut sauce a standout. The Chianti Classico at €15 a bottle not too bad either, having paid € 5 for a single glass at other... More

We went twice so it must have been good. Each time we just squeezed in on the last available table. Each night there were queues of people waiting to get in. The food is good and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

This restaurant was recommended by our tour guide, and the food was very good. Mostly locals were there, so you know it was good. We did have a problem, however, when we paid our bill because the restaurant would not split the bill (there were eight of us), and then we believe that we were overcharged. If you go, and... More
