This restaurant appears to have something against non-Italians. When we approached the reception area to be seated we were repeatedly ignored. We were eventually seated by the manager who strangely demanded to know where we were from and to speak to someone who spoke English. Then it got worse. We were shorted on virtually everything--no water glasses, not enough wine... More

The fist time we was with my friend. The food was very tasty. But the second time we saw another side. We ordered a la capreze and focacha. This food was wery awful. Instead of focach we had a withe bread and instead of capreze we had a awful salad. Then situation was very strange. When we ask a bill,... More

I went to this restaurant for a meal tonight with my family and we all loved it. Don't listen to bad reviews, it's so nice! Probably the best place to eat in Mestre. All the food is freshly made and you could see them making pizzas. I had a pizza and it was only €5 so it's great value and... More

I ordered sausages which the menu said were either pork or buffalo. The waiter said that they would be buffalo so I asked for them. He then told me they had run out of potatos and offered me aubergine instead. What I got were 2 small pork sausages with a single forkfall of some sort of cold veggy. My wife... More

We dined here in October 2013. The service was incredibly slow with the waiter pretending not to see our requests for service. We would have left but having walked a long way from our hotel I didn't want to impose a further trek on the elderly relatives with us. The cooking staff were very friendly and the food was very... It was closing time for a lot of the restaurants near our hotel. We saw Fratelli La Bufala. It was still open and it had a number of guests that evening. So, we tried it. The staff were busy and were not able to attend to us right away. We got our table, ordered, and watched the pizzaiolo (the one... More

We didn't have great food here based on two visits : this food included a burnt pizza, buffalo with cheesy mashed potatoes, and a sausage dish. All the meals were kind of ok but not actually very nice. If you speak english i think there is a bit of a language barrier. It's not particularly cheap either - and if... More

Don't eat here, you will get disappointed. The food is prepared in advanced, so everything looks and taste old. The pizzas are burnt and doughy at the same time, and be sure to tell how you want your reheated meat fried because they will definately not ask you.The service is just horrible and unfriendly.

Last day in Italy and we decided on FLB since it seemed kid friendly. BIG mistake. Starters were ok but main courses was not good. Pizza was half burnt, half unbaked. The meat dish la Tagliate missed some of the garnish and was extremely dry - had to be sent back. Did not get the chance to order another dish.... More
