Quality still there, some minor faux pas.

I have eaten at Naru several times over the past four years, and I think it still is a great place for Korean —and Japanese, to a certain degree— food lovers. This being said, I feel that some of the original strive for perfection is missing. Not that these guys do not care anymore; they do, but... read more

This place is well located (next to Mestre station) and the menu has English translation. My husband ordered bulgogi and I ordered bimbimbap and both were average. Beer was cheap though (5 euros for a 500ml bottle). We probably won't come back.

We ordered steamed and grilled dumplings, heard microwave bell in kitchen go off and then we were served our dumplings, steamed were cold. We also order a beef and vegetable noodle dish, we got noodles with 2 tiny pieces of beef and very little vegetables. We only had two beers. The bill was 42 Euro, paid way to much for... More

Staying in Mestre at the fabulous Hotel Bologna, we carefully studied Tripadvisor for 3 Restaurants close to the Railway Station that would meet our taste and quality requirements for Dinner (in addition to the Hotel's excellent Da Tura & Bistro venues for our first and last nights). The Naru had to be tried because for many years my wife and... More

Had a luncheon pizza, with some wine. Staff was great, food excellent and a pleasant walk from our hotel near the Marco Polo airport.

Have heard about this restaurant by so many people - in fact every time we mention we are missing Asian style food this is the place people recommend. Yes it's just opposite Mestre train station so easy to find and was easy to park in he evening too. It was 1840 when we arrived so were thinking it may not... More

Naru was close to our hotel and we enjoyed our first dinner after arriving from airport. Overall, the dinner was very nice, everything was fresh and tasty. My mom is raving about prawns’ tempura (tempura di gamberi) which was probably the best we tried there. However, it would have been fine if the waiter had tried to talk to us... More

The perfect place to be if you love Korean and Japanese food. We went here last night. Very friendly people. Not everyone speaks English, but thats not really a problem. The food is fresh made and really authentique. The last thing I ordered was a bit delayed because it was very busy, but he made it up with a free... More
