Italian food at its old fashioned best. The only 2 problems No menu in English bit of a handy cap if you don"t speak Italian. The other problem not the usual warm welcome you expect from a good Italian restaurant a little arrogant for my liking.

The menu is limited, but the food is excellent. and reasonably priced. The restaurant is very small, so make sure to make reservations. They have a Cuban waitress that is a charm! Being hispanic (and Cuban) it was really nice to have someone expain the menu and provide tips in my language.

We were really looking forward to the meal but mine was really disappointing. My pumpkin ravioli was very dry, hard and undercooked. The lady adjacent to me had sea bass ravioli and that looked great. Roast suckling if pig was also a disappointment. It tasted like well done roast pork, nothing suckling about it. Desert was good as was the... More

A small restaurant serving a limited menu of typical dishes. Tasty & reasonably priced with attentive, friendly service. Booking recommended as it small.

We visited this restaurant on our recent visit to Venice in May, and recommended by staff at Hotel Plaza. Size of serves are not big, extra charge for bread and 5 Euro per couple for cover charge. Yes the food was good, not great but NOT ONE SMILE from anyone. In fact the Owner is abrupt. There were another couple... More

Small place, reservation recommended. Not a grand menu, but everything tasted excellent, even the bread, which says a lot! Make a note of the cover charge.. A bit expensive, but totally worth it.

My husband read the other TripAdvisor reviews before our attempt to have dinner at this restaurant. Since it was difficult to get a table without reservations, we arrived when they first opened at 7:30pm on a Monday evening. After a little consideration, we were given a small table. The restaurant was almost empty but there were reservation cards on tables... More

We were too tired to go back to Venice that night and asked the hotel for a recommendation. The food was excellent and not too pricy. If the staff could be a little more friendly, this would be perfect!
