Always good!

Usually I go to Amelia with guests while staying in Mestre for an annual congress. Amelia is s great address if you want fresh fish prepared with care. Last time I had delicious fish carpaccio and granceola. The service is attentive and fast. Definitely I will be back!

Ordinary sea food, very, very expensive for what it offers, it was a good restaurant a few yeaes ago, but now it doesn t even resemble what it used to be. Too expensive Stay away!

The room is large, some 150 seats and there is another room for private parties. Unfortunately, as we enter, the size of the room accentuated by there being only one other customer in the place. Not a good sign even if it is a rainy Monday evening. But, despite the circumstances, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, the welcome cheerful... More

Nice place with good service and very good food. Helpful staff, traditional Trattoria hall and well cooked dishes from the local area.

We stoped there on Christmas day without a reservation and for our surprise, there was availability!!! Service was nice and our waiter came right away and introduced himself, getting some positive points for this place. Food was tasty, the only problem was the timing...way to slow!!! We were sitting there for almost 4 hours. Good after all experience.

We stayed at a hotel next door, and we asked for their recommendation for a place to have a good lunch. They recommended Amelia next door (I think it has the same owner). The food was decent but the service was quite slow and we did not feel like being welcome. The first waiter did not speak any English but... More

Dall'Amelia is a great eating experience. They service very high quality food at affordable prices. Try their fegato (liver) at 18 Euros. They only have two meat dishes - the rest is fish and sea food. Nice and cosy inside as well as in the little garden. It is located in a strange place for such a gourmet place: besides... More

This restaurant was by far the best that we visited in our weeks stay in Venice. In fact it was so good that we visited twice. The speciality of the restaurant is fish which restricts non fish lovers to vegetarian dishes or the steak. My wife fits into this category but still enjoyed the food enormously. The menu changes monthly... More

First off let me clarify this: I am not a food or dining coinnosseur. On my trip I normally dine cheap, but since I was in Italy, and staying close by this restaurant, I decided I had to try this place out. It was by far one of the best dinners out I have ever eaten! Service was impeccable throughout... More

We had a wonderful experience in this fish restaurant. The food was great, the staff very friendly and helpful. The dishes were of large size so it was suggested to actually order less than we initially wanted because it was going to be too much for our party of 4. And... they were right! So they 'sold' us less, but... More
