Great family hospitality

We stopped here by accident looking for a diferent restaurant and were lucky we did. Charming family-run operation, overlooking a protected pebble beach, Dinner was wonderful, and we followed their food recommendations without regret. We would love to come back and stay there.

We had a lovely lunch here when spending the day at Marina del Cantone having been recommended to try it by Mariano at Gocce di Capri. The food was really excellent (especially the house mixed starter platter which was outstanding) and the house wine very good. Great service and good atmosphere really made for a most enjoyable lunch experience.

Found this place through TA and were not disappointed. Was not easy to find as you have to park in the town square, then walk to the beach and follow the path to the restaurant. Restaurant is typical "oldish" Italian coastal place, not very exciting. We were welcomed by 2 very nice waiters both spoke very good English. Then came... More

We enjoyed a long lunch here on a sunny day this week. Our charming waiter, Anunzio, steered us toward their excellent antipasti plate (order it!!) and the local specialty of Nerano: a delicious pasta with zucchini and cheese. Great advice! We also had the mixed grilled fish and a lovely light white wine they serve with fresh peaches in it... More

Perfect setting at the beach with superb hosts. The minute you walk through the door and see the beautiful almost lavish but traditional furnishings and decoration, you know that this will be a special experience. As happened with other reviewers, we ate there many times during our week in the village. Marinella was passionate about using produce from the local... More

The dinner we had at la Sirene was an unforgettable one. From the fabulous, delightfully varied antipasti to the pasta Nerano- which we have tried, unsuccessfully, to replicate in our own kitchen!- to the seafood pasta, we were thrilled with the quality and freshness of the food and even more with the friendliness of our hosts. If you're craving seafood... More

There was a downpour of rain so intense that power was lost. Even when the rain subsided, they insisted that we stay with them. (We were staying nearby at Lo Scoglio). Just extremely warm. The ravioli caprese is very good. Spaghetti with clams, also.

We went 3 nights in a row and would go back in a heartbeat. Alfonso and Marinella are passionate and took good care of us. We love seafood and great fish and seafood we got. The house antipasto is great and varied. Alfonso makes great desert. The first night we had his almond cake with vanilla ice cream, it was... More

We had lunch at Le Sirene, it was just delicious, the food kept on coming just a lot of it, and their zucchinis pastas was the best I ever had. This restaurant it worth the small boat trip to get there, you will get your money's worth.

We had wonderful meals here. I would highly recommend the house antipasto dish. It was so big and diverse that it was all we needed for dinner one night. A family owns the restaurant and they were all very friendly.
