Had 3 fantastic meals here Maria's pasta is superb, the ravioli just melts in your mouth and the steaks were some of the best I've eaten. Thanks for a lovely time, we would thoroughly recommend a visit if you're in the area

We ate here twice during a brief visit to the Sorrento Coast. La Torre is very much a family business and its excellent local reputation is richly deserved. With very welcoming hosts in a quiet location in the hills looking down on the bay below, it is unpretentious with a refreshingly limited and reasonably priced menu. Highlights included the magnificent... More

La Torre restaurant was opposite door to our rent house Casa Maria where we spent our two weeks holiday in August -Sept. in Annuziata. Everything written about the food, atmosphere and personal is true:they are wonderful and words can not decribe the specialiaties cooked by Signora Maria , the gentiless of Sg.Tonino and the hospitality of the personal and waters.... Just returned from what should have been a wonderful last evening meal in a lovely part of Italy. The restaurant was recommended, we checked with previous reviews so all was set up for a great time. What a shame Le Torre was such a let down. We arrived and sat at our chosen table. Bread and a couple of small... More

Our local restaurant while on holiday. We were very pleased with the standard of food. Maria made a special effort in making us a selection of vegetarian dishes so we could try something different besides pizzas and pasta. Their freshly baked bread was delicious. We loved the house wine with peaches. Maria, Antonio and Alicia made us feel very welcome.

The restaurant is walking distance from the villa we were staying at in Massa Lubrense so we walked down late on a Sunday evening. Very charming and inviting. We ate outside and were quickly greeted by our server. The food was ok, certainly not bad but I was not impressed. My fish was a little over cooked and a bit... More

More traditional Sorrento style food than gourmet style (far from Michelin one star level). We chosed the two tasting menus. They were good as for getting a taste of local dishes we otherwise did not try but it way to much pasta and plain tomatos style dishes (even if season for tomatos) Wine was quite average. Good that they had... More

We have visited some restaurants in the neighbourhood, based on the hotel concierge's recommedation. But the only one that we decided to visit again and again was La Torre. Food of highest quality. Service (Tonino and his beautiful daughter) not only professional but just friendly and competent. Everything priced modestly. Recommended for everybody that knows Italian cuisine and is able... We went with a group of friends after a indication of the owner of the house we rent. The rest is very cute and its a family business. We sat in a table next to the kitchen and we heard loud noise lots of time....as family does (discussion)....we know that italians are known to speak loudly but for sure wasnt... More

My husband and I were only customers on a rainy Sunday evening, but were made to feel welcome and treated to excellent food. The house wine was great. Try the chocolate cake and chocolate covered strawberries. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!!
