This gem of a restaurant sits well below the roadway on it own peninsula into the sea. Being well out of the tourist zone, this usually caters the the affluent locals. I was fortunate to get in on Palm Sunday and spent over 4 hours eating and drinking at this amazing place. All the waiters are the owners as their... More

I had memories of this place from staying at the hotel across the road many years ago. Unfortunately, we were there in the middle of the afternoon so did not get to try to food. We asked if we could have coffee and the owner was very accomdating. We had cappuccino and a wonderful local special lemon cake. I enjoyed... More

I cannot express in words how amazing this place is. We decided to get Married in Ravello and went last year to look at venues for the meal and reception, we saw 4 venues and fell in love with the Tower the second we saw it, the venue is absolutly breathtaking but what really made our minds up was Ivano.... In an old tower right on the water! It was an amazing view and the food was out of this world! Loved it! We had so much fun!

Beautiful place, very good food but not excellent as a place and prices like that should have. Moreover the service has not been so good...probably because we were not look like rich strangers or recurring local customers? :)

Restaurant is in a former Norman Watchtower. Location a bit hard to reach but totally worth it when you get here. The view is amazing. You feel like a king! Food was delicious. We came here twice. Second time, we did the mistake to take the tasting menu. It was great but we were full after 2 services (our of... More

The photos don't do it justice--you walk down stairs from the road and then across what seems like a bridge to a old tower jutting into the sea. I have never been more impressed by a restaurant's location as I was with Torre Normanna. The service was impeccable, very attentive without being annoying and they seemed to understand basic English... More

We had the tasting menu and by the end we were hurting but couldn't stop because the food was fantastic. Make sure to go hungry and put aside 3 hours. Not cheap but worth it for an upscale restaurant.

The food at Torre Normanna is absolutely second to none. We have been there on 3 occasions now and each time it has been exceptionally good. The view from Torre Normanna and the venue itself are second only to the exquisite food. The staff at are very professional but also very friendly and genuinely nice people. We can't wait to... More

Don't bother! Large, average tasting pizzas and overpriced. Nice venue but a complete tourist trap and quite simply not great food.

Dear LizC1970, thanks for your review. I'm so sorry you did not enjoy our pizzas enough and that you think that they're just "average and overpriced". From your comment, I understand it's not useful to invite you to visit us once more and try the pizzas again to let us know what you think it's wrong with them. I'm going... More
