Decent Food, Nothing Special

This place had decent food, but nothing special. I am a salad lover and the salad that I had with my dinner was very watery (wet letture) and tasteless. Seemed very touristy.

We were staying at the nearby Hotel Panorama but we wanted to go out and have a bit of a walk going for dinner and back. This fantastic restaurant was about 5-7 minute walk from there. We really enjoyed the food, so much so that we went back the night after. We looked around the restaurant and saw many people... More

I've never bothered to review anything before but I liked this restaurant so much I feel compelled to (really). My lady and I stayed 11 nights at Santa Tecla apartments behind Hotel Panorama from 6th to 17th October . After seeing good trip advisor reviews of Il Ristorante Dedalo, we tried it 1st. Both had tenderloin steak in creamy sauce... More

My wife and I ate here once, and it was a very good experience. It has an upmarket feel inside, the food is way above average, but the price is very reasonable (50 euros for 2 courses each plus a litre of house wine). It has its own bar/cafe on the other side of the street which is also good... More

Travelling late October many restaurants were closed but the Dedalo was valiantly open. We went for the straight forward tourist menu. Very good gnocchi and decent spaghetti made good starters and the mains of pork escalope were reasonably ok. The choice of pork or pork was a bit weird though. Service was ok in terms of getting seated and ordering... More

We were only in Maiori for 5 nights and we spent 2 here. Loved the atmosphere of the little courtyard area, very friendly staff and good service. we tried pizza pasta seafood tiramisu (oh my god, amazing!) and the house red, all were delicious. and we thought very good value, hope we get to go back soon

Ok... So pizza without cheese is a speciality here, however I wouldn't recommend it if you're a pizza lover like me. Every mouthful I took I felt the pain of the missing cheese. Didn't give it a second chance after that, though I did go past a few times and the meals seemed OK. Coffee from here is to die... More

We sat outside at this restaurant, which was lovely and gave us the opportunity to people watch. The staff were lovely and the food arrived quickly. However we didn't really rate the food. I felt the pasta was under-done, it could have been cooked for a few minutes longer. Furthermore, it was the dried stuff - given we were in... More

After a long hike on the Path of the Gods we just needed some comfort food. Dedalo looked invitigng and the waiter answered that they did have the best pizza. He was mostly right. Nice thin crust and cooked just right. Perfect after a long day climbing up and down more than 2000 steps.
