Great Quality and Kindness ....SPECIAL !!!

Levico is a beautifull little town on the namesake lake. Boivin has a special wine list and great food. Local typicalty worked with flair make this restaurant-enoteca one of the best places in the area. Something to try during a business or pleasure trip.

I know boivin restaurant since the beginning, at least for 20 years and once a year when coming back from holiday al mare we stop there to have a memorable meal Riccardo the cook is just fabulous! always searching something new, melting with tradition and his menu degustation is amazing ! the price is absolutely fair ! but he is... We really enjoyed the athomosphare and the food of the restaurant. It is a place visited by locals and tourists.

The indoor tables are perfectly nice, but sitting outside on a hot summer evening was the perfect end to a busy day. The food was very good but not enough to make anyone swoon; the staff were efficient, but I suspect they should have had one more. Got the sense they struggled a bit with table reservations, and things got... More

Wounderful meal, excellent vines( a winecellar like heaven), very Nice service, the chef Ricado Bosco, WHO also tales time to mingle with the guests. Charming surroundings. If staying at Hotel Romando run by Ricados brother Luigi, it is easy to take the lift from the restaurent direct to the rooms. We will come back for sure.

We happened to stop into Boivin for lunch on a day when the server didn't show up and the chef-owner had to serve all the tables himself. He had 8 or 10 tables to deal with, including three with small children, and yet he showed the utmost grace and hospitality. But this review is not about the personal charms of... More

The waitresses were very slow and when they finally arrived we ordered fish and chips. They tried to sell us a small bottle of beer for 15 eur but we asked for a forst instead. We waited 30 min, and considering that there were only 10 people eating that was weird. Anyway the food was quite good but you can... More

The best things to do in Levico Terme is cycling, go swimming is the near lakes and then Enoteca Boivin. You can also skip the cycling and the swimming and go there directly. The staff speaks italian and the chef also english. As it was three of us we tried the degustation menu (seven courses for 30 Euros!), the trentino... More

Very nice atmosphere and friendly service. The best dishes we had in a long time. We took the 7 (presented as small) courses and took the wine suggestion. We were presently surprised; the food was well prepared, fresh local ingredients, and perfectly served in temperature and time. They take pride in their cooking and serving. The price was also surprisingly... More

Food-wise, this is a very nice trattoria/enoteca. The cuisine is mostly based on the Trentino tradition but with a striking eye for presentation and detail, and many touches of originality and creativity. I especially liked the excellent use of herbs, which really lifted many dishes. In my 'tasting menu' the only fault I could find was undercooked ravioli. All the... More
