If you are lucky enough to find yourself in Lecce stop by here. Frequented by locals all day long this is artisan pizza by slice. I loved the pumpkin pizza( a pure substituted for red sauce) with pancceta. But all of them are excellent. They heat it up in a small oven just for slices so you get a hat...
