I am not sure that I understand owner Maurizio's point that his is "the pizza of the future" due to its original ingredients. I actually did not find them that original, only incredibly good. In general, we are, I think, ahead of Italy in North America when it comes to courage in combining ingredients - but here they taste better,... More

words cant describe the taste of how amazing their pizzas are. all the ingredients were crazily fresh. the pizza base was thin, crispy yet slightly chewy. we even got treated with some fresh bufalo with olive oil and pepper when our pizzas were cooking. i really couldnt remembee his name, but the man in my pictures,he was really really friendly, engaging in conversation,just... We just stumbled across this place in the heart of old Lecce late night. The streets were filled with strolling people. Many of them were walking into or out of Pizza & Co. The 1st thing that attracted me was the price! I had a Trancio Grande (very Large Slice) of Capricciosa for 3.5 euros...artichokes, capers, anchovies, black olives. Good... More

I do not go to one restaurant more than once. I broke this rule in Lecce. This is the best pizza I’ve ever eaten with the best service you can imagine. Thank you Gents for three great evenings with your fantastic pizzas. Finally I know how perfect Italian pizza should taste. The Bar was raised very high. Maurizio Ortona is... More

Great guys. We entered and were the first customers of the evening. So we asked for making sth really good for us (and telling what we don't like). We got great food. I am often saying that it feels if the food is prepared by someone who loves doing it. And the guys who run it, certainly do.

stopped and had a slice and it was delicious, with fresh mozzarella. Owner was very friendly. n Not many places to sit and eat and the inside can get very warm. Lots of people putting all sorts of veggies on top of the pizza, seems very popular place

Good take away pizza, nice service in English. Recommend eating on the street to enjoy the ambience.

My son had a slice of margherita with salami. His view: "I've never tasted anything like it - its the best pizza ever!" And for under €2!

Pizza&Co is my favourite spot in Lecce - it is like my home away from home. It's where I go for delicious, fresh pizza made with love, care and high quality ingredients, to be enjoyed al fresco on the beautiful Lecce corso while watching the world pass by. Maurizio will welcome you with warmth, kindness and a genuine smile, and... More
