Great late night wine & beer

Il Banco is located just off Piazza Sant'Oronzo and is a great spot for a late night glass of wine, prosecco, or beer (the house beer 3/4 is their specialty). It's open until 2am, and Tues-Thurs there's live music. It's well worth a visit (or two, or more) for your nightcap -

I only had a glass of the local community red wine but it was delicious and only three Euro. The place has a really cool decor and jazz music. There is a lively atmosphere and it is clearly loved by the locals. Stop here on or on the way back from the beautiful Basilica Di Santa Croce.

I've never eaten here, but have been a few times for a casual beer. I'm not Italian but have recently moved to Lecce. I visited one evening with a non-Italian friend. We ordered and sat at a table and drank our beer. When it came to ordering another, it was difficult to catch the staff's attention. They weren't particularly busy,... More

Gorgeous little wine bar/beer place. The choice of wine was small, but the waitress was really helpful in recommending something and we ended up with a delicious local wine for only 13 Euro. In addition we ordered a plate of cheese and hams and it was delicious. Really atmospheric little place, not at all touristy and I would definitely go... More

Seems like this is a place where a regular crowd frequents. Everyone seemed to know and greet each other. We easily ordered our first glass of wine (I know it is a beer joint) and it was delicious, so awhile later we wanted another...but no one came and asked us or acknowledged we were sitting there so that we could... Great option for a light dinner: an extensive selection of small, tapas style options. Cured meats, cheese, etc. all really great. However, the service is slow and unfriendly. It took a very long time to be served a drink, the food was slow to follow and any additional requests (such as another glass of wine) were treated as a hassle.... More

One of my friends invited me to this place and it was simple, humble, relaxing and full of young creative people. Most importabtly, there are no words to describe the quality of the home made beer that you can buy here. It is called 3/4

We stopped here for a drink and a snack one evening and we were so impressed we went back twice during our stay. The wine is top quality and the food is really tasty; we were there for the aperitivo one evening and the snacks and sandwiches that we tried were all really tasty. Whatsmore it has a great atmosphere... More

Il Banco is a small place offering sandwiches, cheese and sliced meat platters, and salads. They have an extensive wine list and artisanal beer selection. We found it a delightful alternative to all the multi-course meals we've been eating on our trip. FRESH, HIGH QUALITY food!

We went here twice, first for an apertif and the day after for lunch. We had antipasto that was excellent both times. They serve good wine by the glass and they also make theit own beer, called 3/4 (named after the bottle size, I guess). The beer was unfiltered, unpasteurized and very good. I ordered a second bottle with the... More
