Over-rated, over-priced, un-friendly

Listed as one of the top ten in Lecce, this was a big disappointment. Bad service, over-priced, unwelcoming, no atmosphere. Food was good but we lost interest by the time it arrived.

Good seafood but horrible service if you end up cmpeeting against well established local customers. Go there with your Italian friends.

We had a very nice meal at Blu Notte. Upon arriving we were greeted with complimentary Campari and lovely bread. The seafood is great, and the wine is well priced. My partner had lobster pasta, the sauce was great but we wish it had more lobster on the plate! I had a nice mushroom and truffle oil gnocci, which was... More

Blu Notte Even though Lecce is only about 6 miles from the Adriatic, for decades it was difficult to find high quality seafood. To get the best and freshest, locals would always prefer to travel to a seaside town. Blu Notte is the exception - all you need to do is look at the “jewel case” - a display on... More

I had just arrived to Lecce late in the evening and was desperate for some food and just bumped into this place. You have the feeling you have seen it many times before. A little bit boring, lots of middle aged couples and nothing stands out. The quality of the food was incredibly good though! I had a delicious burrata... More

It is set up nicely both inside and out however the air con won't support keeping inside cool so you may as well sit outside and hope for breeze if it's 34 plus. The head waiter is slightly arrogant and perhaps sick of tourists and it felt a little like a processing plant. Food was quite reasonable however and was... More

Just inside the city gates to the old town, this amazing fish restaurant. The waiter was so kind and charismatic (I think his name is Edito) recommending the most wonderful wine. I'll be there again very soon (tomorrow). Thanks Blu notte, we have just bought a home in the area and you have made our day :-))

The seafood and meat antipasti is amazing..and a meal for two! We had a wonderful local rose, recommended by the waiter. Excellent seafood pasta. The service was excellent. We highly recommend the Blu Notte!

This restaurant was recommended by a local Friend and we loved it. I had grilled fish which was fresh and perfectly cooked and my wife had the pasta with lobster which was the best pasta we had for a long time. The service was efficient and good. I can recommend this to just about anyone who loves the local cooking.

We enjoyed our meal but felt it was a little overpriced for a fairly standard meal. Didn't stand out over cheaper meals in terms of the complexity of the dishes or the ingredients. Definitely not the top restaurant in Lecce.
