The restaurant and service were very good. A complimentary fizz was served and the bread basket was filled with delicious and varied types of bread. We dined mainly on fish dishes. All were fresh and tasty. They have a wonderful selection of Grappas too.

We arrive at the Blu Notte at the end of our first day in Lecce and were not disappointed. Once seated we were presented with a basket of 7 different varieties of bread and a glass of Aperol. Our choice of tuna steak came perfectly cooked and nearly filled the plate. We also took the opportunity of trying the local... More

We had heard wonderful things about Blu Notte, so we were looking forward to a fine dining experience. From the first, however, we began to suspect that this restaurant was overrated - or they were having a bad night. Our server was initially a bit cold, but that deteriorated into overall rudeness. We are American, but we are seasoned travelers... More

In the historic district of Lecce this restaurant did not disappoint. The burrata and the mozzarella di buffalo were the best I've ever had. Go for the food, location and the service.

It is very rare for us to visit the same place twice in a city that in all probability we will only visit once. The venue here however, combined with a skilled hand in the kitchen and attentive service drew us back for another visit in the same week. 10 different dishes in total, all were well executed. Would recommend... More

Lots of restaurants to choose from in Lecce but the manager of our apartment recommended this and we were not disappointed. It is always nice to go to a restaurant frequented by residents of the country in which it is, and this seemed to be the case here. Friendly greeting and attentive service. We were given an aperitif and a... More

Trucked up at 8 pm on a Thursday with no reservation and seated straight away. Locals seemed to arrive at 9 pm. Started with an apperitivo and appetiser of goats cheese with fresh broad beans (both 'on the house'). Seafood antipasto for one was huge - do share with friends. Smoked tuna carpaccio, octopus, fried calamari, breaded shrimp, octopus stew... More

We ate here on a recent return visit to the beautiful city of Lecce. If you do not care for fish or other seafoods then look away now and plan to eat elsewhere. However, if frutti del mare are to your taste then treat yourself to an evening in this lovely restaurant. The whole experience, the setting, the welcome, the... More

Positives: the hair pasts with truffles were excellent - best I have had in a while! The service was attentive and low key. The fresh fish was great . Wine was fabulous. The bill was 60 euros for two courses plus wine. Negatives: hard to find, low key entrance. Fish bar wasn't covered so potential for people touching the fresh... More

We had dinner with friends at this great place, just steps from "Porta San Biagio". Outstanding service, the ambiance of the place and the amazing food quality will guarantee a fine evening with your friends or colleagues. Especially the antipasti were extremely appetizing, and the fish and homards were the freshest you can find. Try the "Smoked fish platter" antipasti... More
