Very good pizza in cozy village

Been there after a trip to Gardaland, we ate very tasty pizzas and enjoyed a walk to the lake. The prices were not high as we expected, and they make a special Pizza Stella which is star-shaped and full of delicious cheese.

just outside the western gate (viewed from the lake) of Lazise, this restaurant has cool blue decor and a large covered outdoor seating area. The white and blues make the whole place feel light and cooler even in the mid-day heat. We had apertivo spritzers and the special seafood pasta (Calamarta Pescatore) and it was delicious. The seafood was a... More

Just a few steps from the city wall (outside), with a big terrace. Good was good and price OK. I would call it a safe choice! I choose by TripAdvisor listing and price and was not disappointed.

We ordered the water with room temperature and received cold water. They argumented, that it was not from the refrigerator, but from outside the restaurant (durring the winter!!). Also the next table had the same problem. We were 3 persons. The third received the first dish after five claims when the other had just finished. The service was very unfriednly... More

Decided to visit here due to all the lovely things I've heard about the place. Went inside and wasn't approached so we sat ourselves. The waiter did his best to explain things on the menu to us in English, which was appreciated. We ordered the steak with chips and the swordfish pizza. I had hoped the fish dish would be... More

We dined out tonight and wanted somewhere that was genuine and not touristy, we choose La Ancore Della Bastia as it is tucked away in a little side street away from the main tourist walks. We arrived to find a number of tables already occupied. We opted for a table inside although the weather was mild and we could have... More

Living full time in Lazise, this place has become my regular haunt for dinner. Fresh seafood, excellent meat dishes and delicious pizzas served by Tomaso and his crew. To add super friendly service, also guaranteed by the fact that the place is practically family run (pizza take away called "Pit Stop" also belongs to them and guarantees same quality) by... More

Excellent food and friendly staff. The fish dishes were first rate. In a back street but well worth finding.

Loved the food, especially the fish and seafood - excellent and fresh, great value and served by efficient and friendly staff. Nice ambience, and perfect for eating outside on a sunny evening.
