We visited this restaurant year after year and its mainating its very high standard, excellent seafood, nice atmosphere. Seems like the waiters and waitresses do not age there. Top cuisine.

We were recommended to this restaurant by one of the staff from our hotel. The setting is lovely and restaurant is along the beach and we were greeted well and shown to our table. A glass of Prosecco was immediately poured for us both as well as the menus placed on our table. There is little intimacy at the restaurant... More

We were trying to find some traditional italian restaurant in area. I think we were succesfull. All dishes with seafood were delicious, just one penne was not exactly what we were expecting. I recommend spaghetti with tomato sauce and seafood - hmmm, perfect! Services were perfect, maybe too much. I didnt like when the waiter was walking around our table... More

The restaurant has incredible setting. The staff is amasingly professional and curteous. Every singe dish on the menu is prepared to perfect 10. No misses. This is a place for those who love perfection. We went there every night for ten days. Will miss this place until next time.

This restaurant must be one of the oldest in the area and has a great atmosphere with lots of antique furnishings. The menu is different from other local restaurants, with dishes I've never seen anywhere else. We ordered something for my daughter by mistake and they replaced it free of charge, even though we'd actually eaten the dish for her... More

We were two times in La Barca last week and it was both times a great experience. Raw seafood as a starter was nicely fresh and tasty, the fish was grilled perfect way, the grilled vegetables were the hidden jewel however - slightly marinated, al dente - wow. Take a table at the garden place - fresh air and lots... More

If you're looking for a place for dinner in Forte, go to La Barca, you'll never regret it. Food, service, atmosphere - all in place. Order sea food soup (zuppo di mare) it's not a soup as one would expect, but rather a big portion of seafood stew, spicy and savory, fresh from the sea. The staff is incredibly friendly... More

La Barca offers traditional Italian cuisine that features a variety of traditional specialties that have to be tried when in this part of Italy. In specific La Barca makes the beet florentine steak in town, because it is one of the only restaurants that makes it over a fire and not in am oven or electric grill. This is a... More

Typical restaurant that will rip you off tourists. Overpriced food for low quality. Some of the waiters speak english. The others will just look at you as if you were some sort of alien trying to steal their food.

Wonderfull restaurant. Nice atmosphere, great food especially sea food. My best choice soup with shelves and lobster. Don't forget to order dessert.
