very close to the cathedral, this restaurant has a very long list of pizza. I went 3 times in the first 2 weeks of September and I'm so satisfied! The value for money also is significant. I believe that anyone that like pizza, will be satisfied.

Nice and not expensive restaurant, just a few steps away from the cathedral. We had a pizza (which was thin, crispy and huge) and a chicken dish with salad. Food is good, service is good, value for money.

Cosy setting, poor waiter service. Ordered water, olives as an appetiser .....nothing turned up. Meal turned up cold so I returned it. Five minutes later, same meal turned up like a piece of rubber. I sent it back, waiter apologised. My partners pizza burnt at the edges all the way around. I asked for the bill, guess what ? He... More

We had good outdoor pizza lunches there two days in a row. Pizza Capricciosa (ham, olives, artichokes) and one with anchovies, then Capricciosa and one with tuna and onions.

Had a calzone for dinner here and wasn't very impressed. The sauce was so watery that the dough got soggy and the mushrooms were canned. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

We took a pizza here (from Hotel Nazionale), with bresaola. Very good, I wish I had one now to eat! We took it to our room, so cannot say much about the service.

We came upon this casual place on the recommendation of a resident of Ferrara. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere casual. Tables were full with couples, Singles and students. The antipasti we shared was beyond excellent and I only hope I cab recreate back home. A slice of polenta topped with pancetta and mozerella and then baked. Devine! The... More

"I Sofisti" e' una pizzeria che propone anche altri piatti. Secondo i gusti della nostra famiglia, serve una delle migliori pizze della citta'. Oltre ad avere una ricchissima scelta di pizze e calzoni diversi, la pasta e' ben lievitata e digeribile e i condimenti di buona qualita'.
